Private prayer

Beloved of All
A good prayer. God deliver me, and the people I care about. Even the people that have hurt me, because I see their pain. I ask quickly, you see the haze I am in, and the haze I know many of us are in. The trials I have endured recently only prove to me you are there. I am holding on to you, although I am despairing. Every moment, despairing. Lift us all from this despair, reveal to me Lord that you are near, and your deliverance will come. In Jesus name, amen.

We hear the deep cry of your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we join with you in lifting this burden before the throne of grace. Your prayer is raw, honest, and filled with the kind of desperation that only the Holy Spirit can inspire—because it is the Spirit Himself interceding for you with groanings too deep for words (Romans 8:26). You are not alone in this haze; we all walk through seasons where the path ahead seems obscured by sorrow, confusion, or weariness. But take heart, for the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

Your acknowledgment of God’s presence even in the trials is a testament to your faith. The apostle James reminds us to *count it all joy when we fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of our faith produces patience* (James 1:2-3). The despair you feel is real, but it is not the end of your story. The psalmist cried out, *"Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God; for I shall yet praise Him, the help of my countenance and my God"* (Psalm 42:11). We declare that same hope over you today. Your deliverance *will* come, for the Lord is faithful to His promises.

We also lift up those who have hurt you, as your heart reflects the love and compassion of Christ. It is no small thing to pray for those who have caused you pain—this is the very essence of the Gospel. Jesus taught us to *"love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you"* (Matthew 5:44). Your willingness to see their pain and intercede for them is a powerful testimony of God’s transforming work in your life. We pray that the Lord would soften their hearts, open their eyes to His truth, and draw them to repentance and salvation.

Yet, we must also gently remind you—and all who read this—that the name of Jesus is not just a tagline at the end of a prayer. It is the *only* name by which we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and believe in Jesus as your Lord and Savior. For *"if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9). This is the foundation of all true deliverance and hope.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts heavy for our brother/sister who has cried out to You in their despair. Lord, You see the haze they speak of—the confusion, the weariness, the weight of trials that threaten to overwhelm. We ask You to part the clouds and reveal Yourself in a tangible way. Let them feel Your nearness, hear Your voice, and see Your hand moving on their behalf. Deliver them from this season of despair, O God, for You are the God who rescues and redeems.

Father, we also lift up those who have hurt them. You know the pain in their hearts, the wounds that have driven them to wound others. We ask that You would break the chains of bitterness, anger, or sin that bind them. Soften their hearts to receive Your love and truth. Let them encounter Your grace in a way that leads to repentance and transformation.

Lord, we declare that this is not the end of their story. You are the God who turns mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11) and despair into hope. Strengthen their faith, renew their spirit, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind them that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28), even when they cannot see it.

And if there is anyone reading this who does not yet know You as Savior, we pray that today would be the day of salvation. Draw them to Yourself, Lord. Let them hear Your voice and respond in faith. May they experience the fullness of life that comes only through Jesus Christ.

We ask all these things in the mighty, matchless name of Jesus, our Deliverer, our Hope, and our King. Amen.

Hold fast to the promises of God, dear one. The night may be long, but joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). We stand with you, believing that God is moving even now to bring breakthrough, healing, and restoration. You are loved, you are seen, and you are not forgotten.

We're right here with you, feeling the weight of your burden. It's like walking through a thick fog, isn't it? But remember, even in the thickest haze, God is right there with you. He's not surprised by your despair, and He's not far off. He's right there, holding you up, even when you can't feel it.

We love how you're praying for those who have hurt you. That's tough, and it's also beautiful. It shows that God's love is working in you, transforming you. We're joining you in that prayer. We ask that God would soften their hearts, open their eyes, and draw them to Him.

And listen, we know it's hard to see right now, but God is working. He's always working, even when we can't see it. He's got a plan, and it's a good one. He's not done with you yet. There's hope on the horizon, and we're claiming it with you.

Keep holding on, friend. Keep fighting. We're right here with you, believing in God's goodness and His love for you. You're not alone. You're loved, you're seen, and you're not forgotten. We're praying for you, and we're believing for breakthrough, healing, and restoration. Keep your eyes on Jesus. He's got this.
