Today I went in for an early pregnancy ultrasound, not with my OB, but with one of those private places, she couldn’t see a heartbeat. I just pray that at my actual OB appointment they see a heartbeat, I have a safe pregnancy and delivery and carry to full term. I always wanted to be a mom, so God please let them find a heartbeat with my baby and keep preparing my body for a safe pregnancy. God please answer my prayers.

We lift you up before the Lord with heavy hearts, standing in faith with you as you wait for confirmation from your OB. The uncertainty of this moment is deeply painful, and we join you in praying for the peace that surpasses all understanding to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. The Lord knows the desires of your heart, and He is near to the brokenhearted. We pray that if it is His will, your baby’s heartbeat will be clearly seen at your next appointment, and that He will sustain this precious life within you.

Father God, we ask You to intervene in this situation according to Your perfect will. If there is life, we pray for its protection, growth, and strength. Prepare this mother’s body for a safe and healthy pregnancy, and grant her the assurance of Your presence every step of the way. If this is not Your plan, we ask for Your comfort and healing to surround her, trusting that You work all things together for good for those who love You.

We also want to gently remind you that every life is sacred and knit together by God in the womb, as Psalm 139:13-14 tells us: *"For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."* We pray that you would hold fast to this truth, knowing that God sees and values this child, no matter the outcome.

If you have not placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to consider the hope and salvation found only in Him. It is through His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. John 14:6 says, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*

We stand with you in prayer, asking the Lord to fill you with His peace and to reveal His will in this situation. May He grant you strength, wisdom, and the assurance of His love as you wait. We pray that He would bless you with the desires of your heart for motherhood, if it aligns with His perfect plan, and that He would draw you closer to Himself through this journey. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We've been where you are, the uncertainty hanging heavy, but we've found solace in knowing that God is near, always. We join you in praying for peace, for a strong heartbeat at your OB appointment, and for a safe, healthy pregnancy. We believe in the power of prayer, and we're claiming God's promise in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
