Praying that God will fight my battles today in court for divorce case

Lssuirrad

Disciple of Prayer
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ I give you Glory for letting me fight this far for my children and what is fair and just. God I surrender this motion today and that You will fight my battles and be in my favor. I pray the judge will see right through my husband's ###’s lies. I pray for what is right and just that You will give my children and I peace and clarity. I trust in You Lord and I thank You in advance for being in my favor. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

We stand with you in this difficult season, lifting your heart and this court case before the throne of grace. You are not alone, our Heavenly Father sees every injustice, hears every silent prayer, and fights on behalf of those who trust in Him. The Word declares in Exodus 14:14, "The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace." Today, we claim that promise over your situation, believing God will go before you and make your righteous cause prevail.

We also recognize the weight of divorce and the pain it brings, especially when children are involved. Marriage is a sacred covenant designed by God to reflect His love and faithfulness (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:6). While we do not know the full circumstances that led to this point, we pray for healing, wisdom, and restoration where possible, always in alignment with God’s will. If there has been sin, brokenness, or unrepentance in this marriage, we ask the Lord to bring conviction, repentance, and forgiveness where needed. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).

We rebuke every spirit of deception, manipulation, and falsehood that may be at work in this legal battle. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came to bring life, and life abundantly. We declare that the judge’s heart is in the Lord’s hands (Proverbs 21:1), and we pray for divine clarity, discernment, and favor to rest upon you. May the truth be revealed, and may justice be served according to God’s perfect standard.

We also lift up your children, who are precious in God’s sight. Divorce can leave deep wounds, but the Lord is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). We pray they would experience His peace, security, and love in the midst of this transition. May they see Christ’s love modeled through you, their parent, and may they grow in faith and resilience.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name (Philippians 2:9-11). We thank You for this sister’s faith and surrender to Your will. We ask that You would fight her battles today, expose every lie, and bring forth Your justice. Give her strength, wisdom, and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May Your will be done in this courtroom as it is in heaven. We trust You to work all things together for good (Romans 8:28) and to bring beauty from ashes (Isaiah 61:3). In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to stand on God’s promises, knowing that He is your defender and your refuge. Lean on Him for strength, and surround yourself with godly counsel and support. The battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Walk in faith, and trust that He will guide your steps.

We’re holding you up in prayer today as you walk into that courtroom. It takes real courage to stand for your children and for what is right, and we hear the weight you’re carrying. You don’t have to do this moment alone. Before you go in, is there one trusted friend or family member you can call just to hear a steady voice and a quick prayer with you? These are the days when staying connected matters more than ever, and sometimes a simple “I’m with you” calms the heart in a way nothing else can.

As you prepare, maybe jot down on a notecard the simple truths you most want the judge to see. Not a long speech, just a few clear, honest points that remind you to stay steady, not get tripped up by whatever story comes from the other side. The truth doesn’t need to shout, and your calm can speak more than you know, even for your children watching from a distance. They will take their emotional cues from how you handle the heat today, so we’re asking God to guard your spirit and help you model a strength that isn’t brittle but rooted in trust.

We’re praying specifically for a judge who sees clearly, for the lies to fall flat, and for whatever decision comes today to move your family toward real peace, not just a break in the fighting, but a genuine clearing of the air so your children can breathe. We ask for unexpected mercies in the room and for you to sense, even in those tense minutes, that you are not abandoned.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this mother and her children. In the courtroom today, be her advocate and her peace. Give the judge piercing discernment to cut through every falsehood. Protect these kids from the fallout of conflict; hold their hearts steady and let them feel safe tonight. And to this woman we love, grant clarity of mind, a quiet confidence, and the deep relief of knowing she has placed this battle in Your hands. We trust You for justice, for healing, and for the lasting provision You see ahead. Amen.

When the children of Israel passed over Jordan, the priests who bore the ark first dipped their feet in the stream and it parted before the servants of the Lord because God was between the cherubim. Genuine faith trusts God in a storm. Live a life of faith in God and you will truly live and all things will be right about you. It is because we get to partly trusting God and partly trusting ourselves that we are often so unhappy.

He is full of Divine Grace and the Truth of God. Justice never eclipses mercy, nor mercy justice. He will give you a full discharge, one that can be pleaded in the High Court of Heaven above! Who shall lay anything to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifies. If you are the most humble, weak and obscure of all God's children, if you have a real faith of your own, so that you can say, “My God, my Savior!” and can cry, “Abba, Father!” you shall mount aloft to His abode.

Buy the Truth. You need the Truth of God and you will never be received by God at last unless you bring the Truth in your right hand. It is decision for Christ and His Truth that has the greatest power in the family and the world, too. Your God can visit you and make the barren woman to keep house and to be a joyful mother of children! And you who have lost your dearest one, your God can build you up!

Remember, O children of God, that there are many things that should make you valiant for God and for his truth. The great warfare of truth waxes more hot and fierce than ever. Underneath are the everlasting arms.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask God to fight your battle and grant you favor, but take care that your heart does not become entangled in the very love of strife that destroys the bond of love. What are houses, money, and property but clay thrown out in the yard? If someone took a handful of it, would you drag him before a judge? Yet we often treat the dust of this earth as if it were our very life. The judgment hall is full of tumult, passion, and confusion, where even our Lord, speaking straightforward truth, was struck by a servant. Do not be surprised if lies are spoken, for courts seldom mirror the justice of heaven. Fight not with hatred or a grasping spirit, for he who loves iniquity hates his own soul. The Lord loves righteousness, and His righteousness stands firm like the everlasting hills.

Instead of demanding personal victory, seek that peace which is the mother of all good things. Peacemakers are called sons of God, but those who stir up disturbance are children of the devil. If you allow love of money, the passion to prevail, or the craving for revenge to rule, they will sever you from the grace that should adorn your soul. Christ Himself, when falsely accused, did not revile but entrusted Himself to the One who judges justly. Do the same. Settle these temporal disputes quickly in your heart, lest they drag you into enmity and bitterness, handing you over to the adversary of your own peace. Pray that the truth be made known, but more earnestly pray that your soul remain unstained, whether you gain or lose this world’s clay. What profit is it to win every earthly battle and yet forfeit the excellency of soul that alone escorts you to the Kingdom? Let your children witness a mother whose trust is not in a favorable verdict but in the living God who gives peace and clarity to those who love His righteousness above all.

I hear your plea for God Himself to take up your cause in that courtroom. What you are facing is overwhelming, and it is natural to cry out for the Lord to fight for you and for your children when what is fair and just seems so fragile. You are right to trust that He cares more about justice than any human judge ever could.

The Scriptures are honest about how often earthly courts fail to deliver true justice. We long for fairness, but what we find inside those walls can be deeply disappointing. Yet God is not limited by that system. He sees every hidden motive and every falsehood. You can rest in the fact that He is a righteous Judge who will ultimately set all things right, even when the legal process falters.

You also mentioned your children, and that burden is heavy. Bringing children through this kind of trouble stirs a deep ache, but remember how Jesus treated little ones. As He walked toward the cross, with the weight of the world pressing down, His disciples thought He had no time for children. But He stopped, laid His hands on them, and blessed them. He does not dismiss them or you in this storm. He can guard their hearts and give them a peace that makes no sense given the circumstances.

I know the ideal God gave us for marriage is a lifelong covenant, and when that breaks, it is a painful departure from His best. Yet Scripture also shows that God made provision for hearts that are hardened, for situations where sin has already done its damage. Divorce is never what He wanted, but it is not a sin beyond His grace. This is not about condemnation; it is about a loving Father who meets us in our brokenness and walks with us toward what is right.

The battle today is not just about legal motions. It is about where your trust rests. You are not a child of the bondwoman, relating to God through your own efforts or righteousness, but a child of promise. His favor does not depend on a court ruling. Keep surrendering the outcome to Him, but also surrender your own heart so that whatever happens, you are held in His peace. He can turn what the enemy means for destruction into a place where His faithfulness is made known to you and your children.

Trust that the Lord is moving, even when you cannot see it. He will fight for you, and He will bring clarity, whether inside that courtroom or through the quiet leading of His Spirit. Let your hope remain in Him, not in the judge’s gavel.
