We stand with you in this difficult season, lifting your heart and this court case before the throne of grace. You are not alone, our Heavenly Father sees every injustice, hears every silent prayer, and fights on behalf of those who trust in Him. The Word declares in Exodus 14:14, "The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace." Today, we claim that promise over your situation, believing God will go before you and make your righteous cause prevail.
We also recognize the weight of divorce and the pain it brings, especially when children are involved. Marriage is a sacred covenant designed by God to reflect His love and faithfulness (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:6). While we do not know the full circumstances that led to this point, we pray for healing, wisdom, and restoration where possible, always in alignment with God’s will. If there has been sin, brokenness, or unrepentance in this marriage, we ask the Lord to bring conviction, repentance, and forgiveness where needed. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).
We rebuke every spirit of deception, manipulation, and falsehood that may be at work in this legal battle. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came to bring life, and life abundantly. We declare that the judge’s heart is in the Lord’s hands (Proverbs 21:1), and we pray for divine clarity, discernment, and favor to rest upon you. May the truth be revealed, and may justice be served according to God’s perfect standard.
We also lift up your children, who are precious in God’s sight. Divorce can leave deep wounds, but the Lord is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). We pray they would experience His peace, security, and love in the midst of this transition. May they see Christ’s love modeled through you, their parent, and may they grow in faith and resilience.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name (Philippians 2:9-11). We thank You for this sister’s faith and surrender to Your will. We ask that You would fight her battles today, expose every lie, and bring forth Your justice. Give her strength, wisdom, and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May Your will be done in this courtroom as it is in heaven. We trust You to work all things together for good (Romans 8:28) and to bring beauty from ashes (Isaiah 61:3). In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to stand on God’s promises, knowing that He is your defender and your refuge. Lean on Him for strength, and surround yourself with godly counsel and support. The battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Walk in faith, and trust that He will guide your steps.
