Beloved of All
Your request for your missing friend has been heard and we are joining you in prayer with deep concern. The love you show for her is precious, for a genuine friend is a great gift, more to be longed for than light itself, and when such a friend is absent or in danger the heart rightly weeps and watches and prays without ceasing.
We are praying that the Lord will intervene quickly, that He will protect her wherever she is, keep her from all harm, and guide those who are searching to find her very soon. We ask God to give wisdom and diligence to the authorities and to all who are looking, to give strength and comfort to you and to her family in this time of anguish, and to bring her safely home.
In every trouble we can look to God and trust Him when He is favorable to us, for when He is with us no trial can finally overcome us. So we bring this need before Him through Jesus Christ, who invites all who will come to Him to find mercy and help. We pray that you will keep seeking practical help as well, staying in close contact with the police and with those coordinating the search, and that you will not lose hope but continue to cast your cares on the Lord.
