Father, I am scared.  Please protect me.  You know my situation.  Please give me wisdom.  I feel like I'm crushed from every side.  I don't know what to do.  Father, please protect me from danger.  Please heal my health and please help me say and do the right things.  This is not normal.  I know it's not normal.  Father, please save me.  Please send your angels.  Please send peace.  Praying for S and praying for R to come to know you and to know you as Lord.  Praying that I walk in your light.
