We join you in bringing your health and your financial burdens before our heavenly Father together in Jesus name and we have heard your heart in this season of feeling unwell for a while and carrying the heavy weight of debt.
We want to gently speak to something you mentioned, praying to the God of WWN. We understand you may love and trust a ministry called WWN, but there is only one true and living God, the Creator of heaven and earth, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, and He is not limited to any organization or network. We do not pray to a God of a ministry, we pray to Yahweh Himself through His Son. We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we must lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are saved and that our prayers are heard. We encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus alone for healing, for provision, and for eternal life.
Concerning your health, we are compassionate toward your suffering and we know our God is our healer. Scripture says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3 and But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. We believe God is able to bring quick recovery, and we also trust His perfect will and timing, and we encourage you to continue to seek wise medical care while trusting Him as the ultimate source of healing, for every good gift comes from His hand.
Concerning your debts, we understand how distressing it is when a friend borrows money and refuses to repay, leaving you to carry a burden that is not yours and also struggling with debt you have taken yourself. The Bible teaches us that The wicked borrow, and don't pay back, but the righteous give generously. Psalm 37:21 and The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender. Proverbs 22:7. God calls us to be faithful to repay what we owe, for we are to owe no one anything except to love one another, and He also calls us to act with integrity, honesty, and grace toward those who have wronged us. We also take comfort that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 and But seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33. This does not promise that God will remove all consequences instantly, but that as we seek Him first, live honestly, work diligently, and be good stewards, He will provide for our needs and give us wisdom to walk out of debt.
So together we pray, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and we lift up our dear one who is unwell. Lord, You know how long this sickness has lingered and how weary the body and spirit have become. We ask for Your healing touch, for restoration of strength and health according to Your will, for wisdom for any doctors and for peace that guards the heart. We also bring the financial burden before You, Lord. You see the debt that is owed by the friend and the debt that remains on our shoulders. We ask that You would soften the friend's heart to do what is right and repay what was borrowed, and that You would convict where there is dishonesty. Provide for our needs, Father, open doors for provision, give wisdom to manage resources well, to repay faithfully what is owed, and to avoid the snare of unnecessary borrowing in the future. Help us to cast all our anxiety on You because You care for us, and to walk in forgiveness while also seeking what is just and honest. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our hope and our healer, amen.
We encourage you to keep drawing near to God daily through prayer in Jesus name and through His Word, to be faithful in small steps with your health and finances, to communicate honestly and lovingly with your friend about the debt while entrusting justice to God, and to trust that as you seek Him first, He will guide you to restoration in body and in stewardship.
