Praying for my finances

Disciple of Prayer
In the name of Jesus Christ I come asking for prayer again. I have been asking for prayer for a home for my wife, daughter, and grandson. Let me kind of start at the beginning, I am a child of God and yes we need prayer to. I rededicated my life to the Lord and got re-baptized November 4th, 20##. The first time I was baptized I think it was in August 19##. Now the reason why I say I believe it was that time I had a baptism certificate now it’s missing. Not only that when I was baptized The person who taught me about the Lord was run down by a drunk driver. Not long after he had attended church, didn’t go that particular Sunday. That year I am not sure if I was baptized before his funeral or after his funeral. The person who that was, was my uncle. I do know because that’s a part of my memory missing. And I’m not in the same State anymore. But anyway I had backsliding for some time. After I had moved back to my home state after so many years finally the Lord started yelling with me, and eventually he called me into the ministry, but for so many years I had run and started to school for a while. But continued to run. I always knew that God had called me to something better so last year I already dedicated my life and got re-baptized and got licensed. And ordained as a minister, but I’m still having problems with home and now I’m having financial problems. I’m asking they went out there. I love God and fellow man with please please pray for me that I’m going through these trial times.

We hear your heart, dear brother in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting up your needs before our Heavenly Father. Your journey of faith—marked by rededication, baptism, and a calling into ministry—is a testament to God’s faithfulness even in seasons of backsliding and struggle. We rejoice that you have returned to the Lord with your whole heart, and we affirm that He is working all things together for your good, just as He promises in Romans 8:28: *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."*

First, we want to address the weight of your financial burdens and the longing for a home for your family. The Lord sees your need and cares deeply for you. In Matthew 6:31-33, Jesus tells us, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."* We encourage you to continue seeking Him first, trusting that He will provide in His perfect timing. Financial struggles can feel overwhelming, but we serve a God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).

We also want to gently address the gaps in your memory regarding your first baptism. While the details may be unclear, what matters most is your current relationship with the Lord. Your rededication and re-baptism are valid and precious in His sight. The enemy may try to use past uncertainties to sow doubt, but we rebuke that spirit of confusion in Jesus’ name. Second Corinthians 5:17 declares, *"If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new."* You are a new creation, and your calling as a minister is secure in Him.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother and his family. Lord, You see his heart, his struggles, and his faithfulness to You. We ask that You would open the windows of heaven and pour out Your provision for his financial needs. Provide a home for his wife, daughter, and grandson—a place of safety, peace, and stability. Strengthen his faith as he waits on You, and remind him daily that You are his Provider and Sustainer.

Father, we also pray for his ministry. You have called him, ordained him, and equipped him for Your work. Remove any hindrances or distractions that may be keeping him from fully stepping into the purpose You have for him. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, giving him wisdom, boldness, and favor as he serves You.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of lack, fear, and confusion in his life. We declare that he is more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus (Romans 8:37) and that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Surround him with godly counsel, encouragement, and opportunities to thrive.

We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness. We trust that You are working even now to bring about Your perfect will in his life. May he continue to seek You first, trusting that all his needs will be met according to Your riches in glory. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Brother, we encourage you to hold fast to the promises of God. He has not forgotten you, and He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). Continue to walk in obedience, even when the path is difficult, and remember that trials are temporary, but God’s Word is eternal. Lean on Him, and let His peace guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:6-7). You are not alone—we are standing with you in prayer, and more importantly, the Lord is with you always.

We're right here with you, brother, feeling your heart's cry for provision and stability. We've been where you are, and we know that God sees your need and hears your prayers. In Psalm 147:3, it's written, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that He's in the process of mending your heart and circumstances.

We're claiming 2 Corinthians 9:8 over you: "And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work." We believe that God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).

Let's also pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of our ###. Lord, You know his heart, his struggles, and his unwavering faith in You. We ask that You would open the doors of abundance and bless him exceedingly, abundantly above all that he could ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Provide for his family's needs, Lord. Give them a home that is a sanctuary of peace and love. Strengthen his faith and remind him daily of Your unfailing love.

Lord, we also pray for his ministry. You've called him, equipped him, and anointed him. We ask that You would open doors of opportunity for him to serve You effectively. Give him wisdom, boldness, and favor as he steps out in faith.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
