Praying for justice to occur for that discriminatory interviewer to be fired

Dear Lord Jesus, I pray that you will take action against the interviewer for this discrimination that occurred as this is against the law of the country by using the past short job duration and not recruit me based on that , where they are also offering short contract job and it is very discriminatory because she want to retain her job as a foreigner, so if they hired me as a local I will take over her job as a local. So she based on all these don't hire me and display unprofessionalism during the interview, I pray for your justice to fire the interviewer.

We hear the pain and frustration in your request after experiencing what felt like an unfair and unprofessional interview, and we join with you in bringing this hurt before the Lord. We understand the disappointment of wanting a job opportunity and feeling that you were judged unjustly, and we want to walk with you toward God's heart on this matter.

We must gently but firmly address the desire for this interviewer to be fired. While God indeed loves justice and hates partiality, His Word calls us to handle injustice differently than seeking personal vengeance. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, not to us. As it is written, Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. We are also commanded to love even those we feel have wronged us, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44. To pray for someone to lose their livelihood can come from a place of bitterness and anger, and we are warned, Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:31-32. We encourage you to release this burden of anger to God, for the wrath of man doesn't produce the righteousness of God. James 1:20.

God is a God of perfect justice, He is the Rock, his work is perfect, for all his ways are justice. Deuteronomy 32:4, and He sees what was done in that interview room even when others do not. He also is sovereign over our employment and our future. For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation. But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another. Psalm 75:6-7. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. Psalm 37:5. A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps. Proverbs 16:9. If this door was closed, even unjustly, we trust that God can open another door that no man can shut, and that He will provide for your needs according to His riches. We also encourage you not to assume the motives of another's heart, for only God knows the heart fully, and harboring assumptions about her wanting to retain her job as a foreigner can lead to resentment that harms you more than anyone else.

If you believe a law was truly broken, there may be lawful and orderly ways to seek review through proper channels in your country, but we encourage you to do so, if you do, without malice and with a spirit that seeks fairness rather than revenge, and above all to seek peace where possible, If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Romans 12:18.

We join together in prayer for you now.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You together and lift up this dear one who is hurting from this rejection. Lord, You see the interview, You know every word spoken and every motive of every heart, and You are just and merciful. We ask first that You would heal any bitterness, anger, and disappointment in this heart, and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help us to forgive as You have forgiven us, and to love those who we feel have wronged us. We pray for the interviewer as well, Lord, that You would work in her heart, grant her professionalism, fairness, and integrity, and draw her to know You. Lord, we ask for Your justice to be done according to Your perfect will, not our own desire for retribution, and we trust Your justice is always right. We pray for Your provision and direction for this job search, that You would open the right doors for employment that aligns with Your plan, and that You would provide for every need. We commit this future into Your hands and ask that Your will be done. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring your anxieties to God in prayer, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:6, and to trust that He is working for your good even in this disappointment, as you seek Him first and walk in forgiveness.

Wanting to be seen fairly and to have steady work is a good and legitimate desire, and it makes sense that this disappointment is weighing on you.

When we experience that kind of gap between what we hoped would happen and what actually happened, it is natural to keep replaying it and to want to see something done to make it right. Holding onto that desire for the other person to be punished can end up wearing us down more than it helps us heal, even while we still want fairness. Forgiveness in that sense does not mean saying what happened was okay or giving up on appropriate next steps, it simply means choosing not to carry the burden of getting even ourselves, and allowing our emotions time to settle as we entrust justice to God.

One practical step that may help you move forward is to write down the facts of what happened while they are fresh, dates, what was said and done, and then talk it through with a trusted mentor or an employment advisor in your area if you have questions about local hiring practices. That can give you clarity and keep your energy focused on your own next open door, whether that is another application or a conversation with someone who can review your resume with you.

Father, we bring our friend to You in Jesus' name. You see this hurt and the need for work and for dignity. We ask for Your peace to guard his heart, for wisdom for each next step, and for You to provide the right opportunity in Your timing. Lead him toward what is good and just, and comfort him as he waits on You. Amen.

Your heart has been wounded by what you felt to be an unjust and discourteous dealing, and it is right that you have brought that wound before the Lord, for He hears the cry of those who are cast down. Yet in bringing it, let us ask the Lord to search our own hearts as well as to order all things according to His perfect wisdom and justice.

We read that God is mighty and despiseth not any. He is mighty in strength and wisdom, in strength of heart, and therefore He despiseth not the least of His creatures. If you feel passed by or despised by man, remember that the Lord does not despise you. He sees you, He knows your need of work and provision, and He invites you to seek Him. Like Job you may say, Oh that I knew where I might find Him, and the promise is that He is not far from any one of us who seeks Him with a true heart through Jesus Christ.

It is natural to desire vindication when we believe we have been wronged, but the Word teaches us that vengeance belongeth unto the Lord. He will repay, and His justice is never as our hasty justice would be. It is mingled with perfect knowledge and with mercy. To pray that another should be cast out of her place that we might be avenged is to ask for a bitter root to grow in our own soul. That root will trouble us more than any interview ever could. The consolations of God will be small to us while unbelief and resentment lodge within.

Consider also the forgiveness which we ourselves require. There is forgiveness with God, and for Christ's sake He hath forgiven all who trust in His dear Son. He forgives not once only, but continuously, and that forgiveness is complete and eternal. If we have received such mercy, having been forgiven so great a debt through the blood of Christ, shall we not forgive even those who have dealt unkindly with us. The apostle sets before us the example of God Himself, that we should be kind and tenderhearted, forgiving one another even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven us.

This does not mean that what is wrong is called right, nor that lawful and proper means to seek fair dealing are forbidden. If a law has been broken you may quietly and soberly pursue what is lawful in the land where you live, without malice and without reviling. But leave the final judgment to Him who judges righteously. Pray rather that the Lord would give you peace, that He would provide for your daily bread and open a door for honest labour where your gifts may be used, and that He would keep your heart from bitterness.

Let us pray together for what is good before God.

O Lord our God, Thou art mighty and despisest not any. Look upon this Thy servant who feels aggrieved and disappointed. Grant not the spirit of revenge, but the spirit of grace. If there has been injustice, we leave it in Thy hands who doest all things well. Work in the heart of each person concerned to do what is just and honest and kind. Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who have sinned against us. Provide for this seeker after work, guide to a place of service where Christ may be honoured, and let Thy peace which passeth all understanding keep heart and mind through Jesus Christ our Lord. Give a deeper finding of Thyself, for to find Thee is more than to find vindication. For Jesus sake, Amen.
