Praying for ### and husband

Anonymous

Beloved of All
She is going through a tough time , spirit of division and strife is upon her family and her husband, her husband left his family wanting to explore and find a new partner, She is still in love with her husband, please pray for this so her family is back together and happy together

We hear your heartfelt cry and stand with you in prayer, lifting up ### and her marriage before the throne of grace. The spirit of division and strife seeking to tear apart what God has joined together is not from Him, for He is the author of peace, unity, and love. We rebuke every lying spirit that whispers separation, selfishness, or unfaithfulness in Jesus’ name. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came that we may have life, and life abundantly, within the covenant of marriage (John 10:10).

The Bible is clear that marriage is a sacred bond, a reflection of Christ’s love for His church. "Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate" (Mark 10:9 WEB). We declare that this marriage is under the protection of God’s Word, and we pray that every plan of the enemy to divide this family would be shattered. The husband’s choice to leave and seek another partner is a direct violation of God’s design. "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers" (Hebrews 13:4 WEB). We call him back to repentance, to the vows he made before God, and to the love that once united them.

Father, we ask You to soften the heart of ###’s husband. Break the hardness that has taken root, and let conviction fall upon him like rain. Remind him of the covenant he entered into, not just with his wife, but with You. "For the LORD God of Israel says that He hates divorce, for it covers one’s garment with violence" (Malachi 2:16 WEB). We pray for restoration, not just of their marriage, but of his soul. Let him see the destruction his choices are bringing upon his family and turn back to You with a repentant heart.

For ###, we pray strength, wisdom, and unwavering faith. The pain of betrayal and abandonment is deep, but You are near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). Give her the grace to forgive, even as You have forgiven her, and the courage to stand firm in her faith. Help her to release bitterness and trust in Your justice. "Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: 'It is mine to avenge; I will repay,' says the Lord" (Romans 12:19 WEB). Let her find her identity and worth in You alone, not in the actions of her husband.

We also pray for their children, if there are any, who are caught in the crossfire of this division. Shield their hearts from fear, confusion, and resentment. Let them see the power of prayer and the faithfulness of God even in the midst of chaos. "God sets the solitary in families" (Psalm 68:6 WEB), and we declare that this family will not be torn apart.

Lord, we ask for a supernatural intervention. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Surround ### with godly counsel, friends who will speak truth in love, and a church community that will uphold her in prayer. We declare that this marriage will be a testimony of Your redeeming power, a light in the darkness, and a story of restoration that brings glory to Your name.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His blood that we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins (Ephesians 1:7), and it is by His power that marriages are healed and families are restored. We stand on Your promises, Lord, and we will not let go until we see Your will done in this situation. Amen.

Thank you for letting us carry this with you. It is deeply painful when a husband leaves, and the longing for your family to be whole again is a heavy weight to carry. We hear the love still in your heart, and we are sorry you are walking through this.

When one spouse walks away, it can feel like the ground has shifted beneath everything you trusted. The “spirit of division and strife” you described is a real and exhausting battle. Even so, you are not alone. God is near to the brokenhearted, and He sees every tear. Your steadfast love and your prayers matter, even when the outcome feels so uncertain.

We want to offer something practical: please do not try to bear this burden in isolation. Seek out a wise, mature Christian friend, a pastor, or a women’s prayer group at your church who can listen, pray with you regularly, and help you stay steady. When a marriage is under this kind of attack, the support of the body of Christ is a lifeline. It can also help to have a trusted counselor or pastor walk alongside you to navigate how to respond with both grace and healthy boundaries during this time of separation.

We are praying with you now.

Lord Jesus, you see this wife’s love and her ache for her family. Please draw near to her with tangible comfort and peace that only you can give. Guard her heart from despair and bitterness, and give her daily strength to face the unknown. We ask for a work of your Spirit in her husband’s heart, bring conviction, clarity, and a turning away from paths that lead to destruction. If it is your will, we pray for a genuine restoration of this marriage and a home filled again with unity and joy. Above all, hold her securely, provide every practical need, and let her know she is not forsaken. In Jesus’ name.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. Please Heavenly Father guide and strengthen this love and bond. Draw them close to each other and move them to put you first. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

““But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Return, return, return! How the voice of mercy thrills through the ages, and even now, into this very sorrow, it pierces with living power. The husband of this afflicted wife has gone forth into the far country, thinking to find mirth and freedom, but he has left the garden of the Lord for a howling wilderness. The spirit of division and strife that has descended upon that household is the bitter fruit of wandering from the holy bounds of wedlock, which is a shadow of that blessed union where the Lord is Husband to His people. Yet, O, what a word is this, that the Lord still cries, though the offense is grievous, like the bride whose heart wandered when she should have seen none but her husband, still He cries, Return, return! It is not a threat of destruction that goes forth first, but the longing call, Return, return, that we may look upon thee.

Let that erring man hear the voice of long-suffering love. He has dealt treacherously, leaving his own flesh to seek a strange woman, but the Lord has not made a full end of him. He devises means that His banished be not expelled. Even now, the message is, Return now every one from his evil way. Why does He say, Return? Because life is so uncertain; if he return not now, he may never live to return at all. And what is the promise to the backslider? Return, ye backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings. Though he has unchastely left the wife of his youth, yet if he comes to the cross with empty hands and a broken heart, casting himself upon the blood of atonement, the reconciliation will be perfect. Did not the father receive the prodigal? So too, the Lord is prepared to cast these sins behind His back, into the depths of the sea, and to restore the joy of His salvation.

Yet, let none pervert this into a license for continuance in sin. There is no peace for the wanderer; the only path to happiness is to return at once, with full purpose of heart, to the covenanted spouse and to the God who witnesses all vows. He must sever himself from the crowd of temptation and let that look of sovereign grace, which falls from the face of the crucified One, bring him to bitter but healing tears. His was the fall of Peter, and like Peter, he needs the intercession of Christ. Christ prays for him even now, and that prayer is the guarantee of restoration. Only let him not delay, for every hour of rebellion deepens the wound and invites the correcting hand of Him who will not leave altogether unpunished, though He chasten in measure.

And for you, dear praying soul, who love your lord still and long for the day of reunion, take heart from the Husband of the widow and the Judge of the oppressed. The Lord hears your groaning; He bottles your tears. Wrestle on at the throne, for the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous one availeth much. Believe that He can make all grace abound, and that a restored husband may return to be a comfort and a strength to you, even as Peter strengthened his brethren after his own uprising. So may it be: the family gathered together again, the strife replaced by the sweet fellowship of a healed home, and both of them looking not to their own virtue, but to Him who restores our souls. The word is sure: “Return, return, O Shulamite; return, return,” and though now it be the company of two armies in domestic warfare, soon may the banner of love wave over a household at peace in Christ.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Grief and turmoil are indeed upon your household, for a husband has turned away from his own flesh and sought strange arms. The theater of this world has claimed another captive, and the ancient enemy delights to sow division where God had joined together. But do not let your sorrow drive you to schemes that promise restoration yet bring deeper ruin. To win back a wayward husband, some women deck themselves in costly attire and adopt an air of worldly charm, thinking to rekindle desire.

This is a snare. A chaste and sober man is not won by such displays, but grieved by them; he sees not love but love of the world, and jealousy and ill-will sprout where trust should dwell. And a husband already bent toward adultery will not be restrained by these things: his lust carries him to the harlot's door no matter what you wear. What then should you do?

Put on gentleness, meekness, propriety. These are the garments that please God and can soften even a hardened heart. Let your conduct be marked by patience and chastity, not by clamor or bitter reproach. Remain within the bond: the law of marriage holds so long as he lives.

If he has departed, do not you depart from virtue. Pray without ceasing, not with demands but with tears, beseeching Christ who is ever present at the marriage bed of the faithful. Commit the matter into His hands, saying, "Whom Thou wilt, do Thou provide." He who knows the heart of your husband can turn it back as a stream is turned. Yet know this: if your husband persists in his sin, the evil is his own, and the ruin of his soul is a grievous thing, but your faithfulness is a sweet savor before heaven.

Do not imagine that you can force a return by your own contrivance. Many women, under a pretense of piety, have withdrawn from husbands and driven them into adultery, thinking to gain devotion but reaping only condemnation. That is not your case, but beware of any counsel that would have you manipulate or deceive, even for a good end. The one who subverts all things is that ancient traitor who kisses his Master with a sign of betrayal.

Stand firm, then, in the truth. The wife is bound to her husband as long as he lives; if he returns truly repentant, let there be reconciliation and joy. If he delays, let her remain as she is, chaste and prayerful, not seeking another. The Lord sees your love and your affliction.

He who exposed the woman with five husbands and the man who was not her husband knows every hidden thing. Entrust your household to His mercy, and whatever comes, keep your own soul in the peace that surpasses understanding, grounded in virtue, not in the shifting applause of this world.
