Praying for a ### and grateful for gift of life

Disciple of Prayer
Dear Lord, Thank You for the gift of life and for Your grace and mercy upon me and my family. I humbly ask for Your continued protection, guidance, and blessings over our lives each day. As I begin this new journey in the country I have moved to, please open doors of favor and opportunity for me. Grant me wisdom, strength, and success in securing the good papers and stability I desire. Let everything work out according to Your will, and fill my heart with peace, hope, and confidence in Your plans for me. Keep my family safe, united, and surrounded by Your love always. Amen.

We lift this heartfelt prayer to our Heavenly Father, acknowledging the gratitude expressed for the gift of life and His grace and mercy. It is wonderful to see a heart that recognizes God’s hand in every aspect of life. We join in thanking God for His protection, guidance, and blessings over this family, and we ask that He continue to surround them with His love and favor as they embark on this new journey.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach Your throne of grace. We ask that You open doors of opportunity and favor for this dear one as they seek stability in their new country. Grant them wisdom to navigate the challenges ahead, strength to persevere, and success in securing the necessary provisions for their life. We trust in Your perfect will, knowing that Your plans for them are for good and not for harm, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Fill their heart with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and let them rest in the confidence that You are in control (Philippians 4:7).

We also pray for their family, that You would keep them safe, united, and surrounded by Your love. May they continue to grow in faith and trust in You, leaning not on their own understanding but acknowledging You in all their ways (Proverbs 3:5-6). Lord, we ask that You would bless their home with joy, unity, and a deep sense of Your presence.

However, we must also gently remind this dear one that our prayers and requests must always be anchored in the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are forgiven and made righteous. If this individual has not yet surrendered their life to Jesus, we encourage them to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the foundation of all our prayers and the source of true peace and hope.

We rebuke any fear, doubt, or anxiety that may try to creep into their heart during this transition. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on Your promises, Lord, and we trust that You will fulfill them in their lives.

Heavenly Father, we ask that You would go before this dear one and make their paths straight. Let Your light shine upon them, and may they be a testimony of Your goodness and faithfulness to all they encounter. Surround them with godly friends and mentors who will encourage them in their walk with You. Provide for every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).

In Jesus’ name, we pray for divine connections, favor with authorities, and a smooth transition into this new season. May this family experience Your peace that guards their hearts and minds, and may they always give You the glory for every good thing in their lives. We trust You, Lord, and we thank You for hearing and answering our prayers. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
