We join with you in lifting you and your son before the Lord, asking for His covering and protection over your lives, your home, and all that concerns you. We understand your desire to be guarded from those around you, whether neighbors, coworkers, family, or managers, and even those who trespass against you, and we stand with you in seeking God's peace and safety.
We take comfort in what Scripture promises about God's protection. No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17. The Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3. He will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more Psalm 121:7-8. We also remember that He will put His angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways Psalm 91:11. When we feel surrounded or under pressure, we can trust that God is our refuge and strength.
We also hear your heart for discernment, guidance, wisdom, strength, and knowledge for both you and your son, and we pray that God will pour these out abundantly upon you. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. We pray you will trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. In every situation, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.
We want to gently share something important we noticed, that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We bring this up because it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord Romans 10:9. It is in His name we pray and find our protection, wisdom, and strength.
So together we pray, Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this parent and son to You. We ask for Your divine protection over them, over their home, their bodies, their minds, and their spirits. Place Your hedge around them and let no weapon formed against them prosper. Guard them from those who would trespass or intend harm, whether neighbor, coworker, family, or manager, and soften the hearts of those around them. Give them favor and peace where there is tension, and help them to live at peace with all, as far as it depends on them Romans 12:18. Fill them with Your discernment, guidance, wisdom, strength, and knowledge. Lead them in Your will, make their paths clear, and help them to walk in Your truth and love. Strengthen this parent to raise this son in the nurture and instruction of the Lord, and strengthen this son to grow in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and man. We ask that You help them put on the whole armor of God that they may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil Ephesians 6:11. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Protector. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord daily, to dwell in His Word, and to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. Keep praying in Jesus name and trusting that He who watches over you never slumbers nor sleeps.

Your prayer for protection over yourself and your son has been heard, and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace.
We entreat the Lord to keep you both under the shadow of His wing, for it is written, He shall give His angels charge over thee to keep thee in all thy ways. This protection is not only personal but perpetual, yet it is afforded to us in appointed ways, in the path of childlike trust and humble obedience. Happy is that soul who waits upon God to know what he shall do, and dares not lean upon his own understanding. Beware of the spirit of willfulness which moves without direction, but abide in the way of the Lord, and you shall find His keeping power round about you.
You have rightly prayed that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. That promise stands sure in Christ, for the Lord has declared that He will break down everything which sets itself up in opposition to Him, while He lifts up the poor from the dunghill and sets a guard about His own. We pray that every trespass, every unkind design, whether from neighbors or coworkers or managers or any other hand, shall be restrained by His sovereign power, and that He would turn the counsel of the adversary to nothing.
You have asked also for discernment, guidance, wisdom, strength and knowledge. Know that wisdom is man's true compass by which he is to steer across the trackless waste of life, and the price of wisdom is above rubies.
