Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been lifting up your request for extra shifts at work and we continue to bring your son before the Lord with thanksgiving for the good young man he is. We join you in praying that the Lord will provide for your financial needs and open the door for additional work according to His will. We also pray for your son as he continues in college, that God will grant him wisdom to make good decisions, keep his heart close to you with open and honest communication, protect him from any harmful influence or confusion from his father and his family, guide him as he prepares to celebrate his birthday in September, and give him a spirit of stewardship to save his money well. We thank God for your faithful love as you do your best to take care of him and live together at home.
We take comfort in Prov 3:6 that if he acknowledges the Lord in all his ways, He will direct his paths, and in Philippians 4:19 that God will supply all your needs according to His riches.
