We hear your cry for help and protection, and we stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting your plea to the Lord Almighty. Your words reflect a deep need for safety and security, and we join you in seeking God’s covering over your life. The Bible assures us that the Lord is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We take comfort in knowing that He hears the prayers of His children and is faithful to answer according to His will.
First, we want to gently remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so. Salvation comes by grace through faith in Him, and it is the foundation of a relationship with God. If you are unsure how to do this, we would be honored to guide you further in understanding the gift of eternal life through Christ.
Now, we lift you up in prayer, asking the Lord to surround you with His divine protection. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You would be a shield around this Your child. Lord, we pray that You would encamp Your angels around them, guarding them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). Protect them from every scheme of the enemy, from harm, and from fear. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we ask that You would grant them peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are their ever-present help in times of trouble.
We also encourage you to meditate on God’s promises of protection and provision. Psalm 91 is a powerful reminder of His care: "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust'" (Psalm 91:1-2). Claim these verses over your life, and trust that God is with you, even in the midst of uncertainty.
If there are specific areas of your life where you feel particularly vulnerable, whether physically, emotionally, or spiritually, we encourage you to bring those before the Lord in prayer. He invites us to cast all our anxieties on Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). You are not alone in this battle, and we stand with you, believing that God will meet you in your time of need.
Finally, we rebuke any spirit of fear that may be attempting to take hold of your heart. The Bible tells us that "God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that fear has no place in your life, for the Lord has not given you a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind. Stand firm in your faith, knowing that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
We will continue to pray for you, asking the Lord to grant you His peace, protection, and presence. May you feel His arms around you, holding you close, and may you walk in the confidence that comes from knowing you are a child of the Most High God. If there is more you would like to share or specific ways we can pray for you, we are here to lift you up in Jesus’ name. You are not forgotten, and you are deeply loved by the Father.
