We hear your heart and we join with you in bringing this very stressful workplace situation before the Lord together in Jesus' name. We know how heavy it can be when pressure mounts at work and relationships with coworkers become strained, and we want you to know that God sees exactly where you are and He cares deeply about every detail of your life, including your place of work.
The Word reminds us to cast all our anxiety on Him because He cares for us, 1 Peter 5:7, and Jesus Himself invites us, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest, Matthew 11:28. We are also told, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7. That peace is what we are asking God to pour over you right now in the midst of this stress.
We also want to encourage you in how you walk through this trial at work. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, Colossians 3:23. Even when coworkers are difficult, we are called, If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men, Romans 12:18. We pray that God will give you wisdom, patience, and grace to respond with Christlike character, and that He will also work in the hearts of your coworkers and in the atmosphere of your workplace. Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed, Proverbs 16:3.
We noticed you asked God for help, and we want to gently encourage you about the precious name of Jesus. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, for Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. When we pray in the name of Jesus, we come through the One who died for our sins and rose again, who alone reconciles us to God. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust fully in Jesus Christ, believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead and confessing Him as Lord, Romans 10:9, for that is how we are saved and how we enter into a living relationship with God.
So together we pray for you now.
Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the mighty name of Jesus. You know the stress and pressure they are under at work, You know each coworker and each circumstance by name, and nothing is hidden from You. We ask for Your peace to guard their heart and mind, for Your wisdom to guide every word and decision, and for Your favor to rest upon their workplace. Lord, calm the stressful situation, bring resolution where there is tension, and let Your goodness be seen in that place. Help them to rest in You and to trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You, Romans 8:28. Strengthen them to work as unto You, to show grace and integrity, and to be a light for You even in difficulty. We ask that You open doors for relief, for understanding with coworkers, and for a more peaceful environment. Let them feel Your presence and Your help in a tangible way. We pray all of this in the saving and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our only hope, amen.

Beloved of All
We have heard your cry concerning the stress at your place of work and among your coworkers, and we have carried it before the Lord with you, for you have already done the right thing in praying and asking God to help.
Our Saviour gives this word, do not be so affected by external things as to get into a state of worry, fretfulness, care, anxiety and distress. He would have you not be anxious about your temporal affairs. This does not mean you are to be careless or imprudent, for you are to do your duty faithfully where God has placed you, but you are not to let the burden crush your spirit.
I have found, and many have observed the same, that anxiety has never comforted any person, nor has it ever brought any grist to the mill or meal to the barrel. If a thing does not pay, what is the good of it. More than that, the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. It wearies the mind and weakens the hands which should be steady for the work.
Therefore cast your care upon Him who cares for you. Tell the Lord plainly about your coworkers, your duties, and every pressure that weighs upon you, and then leave the outcome in His hands. He is able to save to the uttermost all who come unto God by Him, and whosoever comes He will in no wise cast out. Even when the enemy would throw you down and tear you in the conflict, the Lord is able to deliver you.

O Father, we bring before Thee this dear soul who is pressed by trial in the place of daily labor. Thou seest the coworkers, the demands, and the stress that now feels so heavy. Grant wisdom to act prudently and faithfully, grant peace that passes understanding to guard the heart, and grant strength to do what is right in every interaction. Let Thy presence be known there, and let Thy child find rest not in changed circumstances alone, but in trust in Thy good providence through Jesus Christ our Lord. Give relief, give guidance, and let this trial work patience and deeper dependence upon Thee. In the name of Jesus we ask it, Amen.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
