We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your plea for protection, wisdom, and strength. Father God, we know that You are our refuge and fortress, our ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). We stand on Your promise that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We declare this truth over you and your son, believing that You are faithful to shield and defend those who trust in You.
Lord, we ask for Your divine protection to surround you and your son like a hedge of thorns, keeping out those who seek to harm or trespass against you. Guard your hearts, minds, and bodies from any schemes of the enemy, whether they come from neighbors, coworkers, family, or others. We rebuke in the name of Jesus any spirit of strife, division, or malice that may be at work in these relationships. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, rule in your hearts and minds (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for an outpouring of Your wisdom, guidance, strength, and knowledge over you and your son. Father, Your Word tells us that if any of us lacks wisdom, we should ask of You, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given to us (James 1:5). We ask that You grant both of you the discernment to navigate these challenges with grace and the courage to stand firm in Your truth. Fill you with Your Holy Spirit, that you may walk in the strength and power that only comes from You (Ephesians 3:16).
Father, we must also address the foundation of our faith. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to You and the power to overcome the trials of this world. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
We pray that you and your son would draw near to God, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8). May you find comfort in His presence and strength in His Word. Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, and may you be rooted and grounded in His love (Colossians 3:15, Ephesians 3:17).
Heavenly Father, we lift up this situation to You, trusting that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We declare that no weapon formed against you or your son shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment shall be condemned. We pray for divine intervention in every area of your lives, that You would go before you and make the crooked places straight (Isaiah 45:2).
Lord, we ask that You would give you both the strength to endure and the faith to trust in Your promises. May you walk in the fullness of Your protection, wisdom, and peace, knowing that You are with you always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20). In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
