We hear your cry for help and stand with you in faith, lifting your health and eyesight before the throne of grace. The fear you feel is understandable, but we remind you that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart and saves those who have a crushed spirit (Psalm 34:18). You are not alone in this battle, and we join with you in seeking His healing touch.
First, we must address that healing comes through the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through faith in Him that we receive forgiveness of sins and access to the Father. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Salvation is the foundation upon which all other blessings, including healing, are built.
Now, let us pray for your health and eyesight:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our dear brother/sister to You, asking for Your divine healing to flow through every part of their body. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask that You restore their health completely and renew their strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31). Father, we specifically pray for their eyesight, may Your healing light shine upon their eyes, removing any darkness, disease, or impairment. Let them see clearly, both physically and spiritually, that they may behold Your glory and walk in Your truth.
We rebuke every spirit of infirmity, fear, and sickness in Jesus’ name. We declare that by His stripes, you are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We speak life over your body and command every cell, organ, and system to function as You, Lord, designed them to. We trust in Your promise that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us, and we know that it is Your will for Your children to walk in health and wholeness (3 John 1:2).
We encourage you to stand on God’s Word and believe in His healing power. Meditate on scriptures such as Jeremiah 30:17, which says, “For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh.” Speak these promises over your life daily. Seek godly counsel from medical professionals who honor the Lord, and surround yourself with believers who will pray with you and encourage your faith.
Do not lose heart, for though outwardly we may be wasting away, inwardly we are being renewed day by day (2 Corinthians 4:16). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). We stand with you in agreement, believing that God will move mightily on your behalf. May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
