Disciple of Prayer
Prayers for protection over my son and me from our trespassers neighbors coworkers family and managers and management Prayers that no weapon formed against my son and me shall prosper. Prayers for discernment guidance wisdom strength and knowledge for my son and me.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your plea for protection, discernment, and strength. The Scriptures assure us that God is our refuge and fortress, a very present help in times of trouble. In Psalm 91:2-4, we read, "I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.' For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart." We stand on this promise, declaring that no weapon formed against you or your son shall prosper, for the Lord is your defender.

Father, we ask You to surround them with Your hedge of protection. Shield them from the harm intended by neighbors, coworkers, family, or those in authority who may seek to bring distress. Let Your angels encamp around them, as it is written in Psalm 34:7, "The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them." We rebuke every scheme of the enemy in Jesus’ name, for we know that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Lord, grant them discernment to recognize the snares of the enemy and wisdom to navigate every situation with godly insight. Proverbs 2:6-8 tells us, "For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints." We pray that You would fill their minds with Your truth and their hearts with Your peace, so they may walk in confidence and clarity.

We also ask for strength and knowledge to stand firm in faith, especially when faced with opposition. Ephesians 6:10-11 reminds us, "Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." Equip them with the full armor of God, truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God, so they may resist every attack of the enemy.

Father, if there are areas in their lives where they may have unknowingly given the enemy a foothold, we ask You to reveal them and lead them to repentance. Forgive them of any bitterness, unforgiveness, or fear that may have taken root, for we know that these can open doors to spiritual attack. Help them to walk in love and forgiveness, even toward those who seek to harm them, as You have commanded us in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."

We declare that no weapon formed against you or your son shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We stand in agreement with you, believing that God will turn every trial into a testimony and every attack into a triumph. May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your promises and ask that You would move mightily in their lives, bringing justice, restoration, and victory. May they walk in the fullness of Your protection and purpose, knowing that You are their ever-present help. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We hear you. When it feels like trouble is coming from every direction, neighbors, coworkers, family, even managers, the weight can be exhausting. Thank you for letting us stand with you and your son in this. You are not alone.

It’s clear you are already looking in the right place for protection and direction. Asking God for wisdom, strength, and discernment is a courageous prayer, not a desperate one. When the pressure builds, it can be hard to see clearly, but we believe He will give you the clarity you need to make wise choices and to know when to act and when to simply rest in His care.

As you keep bringing these burdens to Him, we’d also encourage you to share them with a trusted Christian friend or your pastor. Let someone stand with you in person, praying with you, helping you think through practical steps, and just reminding you that you’re not invisible. If any of these situations involve real threats or trespassing, please don’t hesitate to document what’s happening and reach out to the proper authorities. God uses both prayer and wise action to shield us.

Right now, we’re simply grateful you reached out. We’re joining our prayers with yours.

Father, we ask You to be a strong tower around this mother and her son. Protect them from every weapon formed against them, and give them a keen sense of Your presence. Grant them the wisdom to see things as they truly are, the strength to endure, and the peace that comes from knowing You are near. Surround them with safe, caring people who can be Your hands and feet in their lives. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

The weapon formed against you is nothing but a sowing of the wind, let it be, for they that sow the wind shall reap the whirlwind. The vulture's eye has never seen the path by which God orders all things with consummate wisdom, and no lion's fierceness can tread it down. He has said, I will never leave you, nor forsake you. What conceivable difficulty shall stand before that promise? Though all hell should endeavor to shake, there is no supposable danger beyond which this word will not carry you, if by faith you grasp it.

Your strength is not your own. Apart from God it is no strength at all and must come to an end. But to those who have no might He increases strength, and when there remains no ability in you of any sort, fling yourself upon the divine strength. For you are the glory of their strength, believers know that all the glory lies in God. Let no one glory in human power, for all strength derived from self is measurable and soon spent.

Seek His counsel for discernment and wisdom. Yield to His superior judgment, lay aside your own logic, and say, "You shall guide me with Your counsel." The way of wisdom is a path no unsaved soul knows, hidden from the strong as a fierce lion. Yet He gives power to the faint, and wisdom dressed in love invites you to run into her arms. Your struggles with doubt and trial are beyond men's sight, but remember, He that trusts in the Lord shall be saved. There is no limit set; come as you are, having nothing in yourselves, willing to have everything in Christ Jesus. He is made unto you wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption.
