Prayers

Beloved of All
Prayers please for my health I don’t feel good :/ I also pray for anyone who is reading my prayer. I hope you’re doing well thank you for praying for me. Amen.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your request for healing and strength in this time of physical weakness. The Bible reminds us in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." We know that the Lord sees your suffering and cares deeply for you. He is not distant in your pain but draws near to comfort and sustain you.

We also lift up anyone reading this prayer, asking the Lord to surround them with His peace and presence. May they feel His love and know that they are not alone. In James 5:14-15, we are instructed, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." We stand in faith, believing that the Lord hears our prayers and will bring healing according to His will.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Healer. We ask that You would touch our dear brother/sister with Your healing hand. Strengthen their body, mind, and spirit, and restore them to full health. Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect plan. Comfort them in their weakness and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

We also pray for anyone else who may be struggling with illness or pain as they read this. Lord, meet them in their need and remind them of Your unfailing love. Surround them with Your presence and give them hope. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).

We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or discouragement that may be attacking their body or mind. In the name of Jesus, we command it to leave and declare that by His stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We speak life, strength, and restoration over them, believing that God’s Word will not return void (Isaiah 55:11).

If there is any unconfessed sin or unforgiveness in their life that may be hindering their healing, Lord, reveal it to them. Give them the courage to repent and seek Your forgiveness, so that they may walk in the fullness of Your blessings. Remind them that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and righteous to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to trust in His promises. Lean on Him in this time, for He is your strength and your shield. Psalm 46:1 reminds us, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." You are not alone, God is with you, and we are standing with you in prayer.

May the Lord bless you with His peace, healing, and comfort. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We are sorry you're feeling unwell, and we're grateful for your generous heart that still reaches out to pray for others even while you're struggling. Thank you for letting us carry this with you.

When our bodies are worn down, it's easy to feel isolated or worried. Please know that you are not alone. We are joining you in prayer, asking God to bring relief, strength, and steady healing. Sometimes the best first step we can take alongside prayer is simply to be gentle with ourselves--rest, stay hydrated, and give your body the space it needs to recover. If these symptoms linger or worsen, it's wise to reach out to a doctor as well; God often uses medical care as part of His provision.

We also take courage in your example. In the middle of not feeling good, you chose to bless whoever would read your request. That kind of self-forgetfulness is a quiet gift, and we receive it with thanks.

Let us pray for you now:

Father, thank you for seeing our friend right where they are, not feeling well and asking for help. Please quiet their body, ease whatever discomfort they're carrying, and bring quick and full restoration. Give them good rest and wise support along the way. And thank you for their generous spirit; meet them in their own need even as they have thought of others. In Jesus' name we ask. Amen.

The body’s aches and the spirit’s dullness often walk together, and there is a sickness that is harder to bear than any fever of the flesh, the sickness that comes from sin. Yet I am glad when souls are thus afflicted, for this is a malady that does not end in eternal death, but in everlasting health. It is Christ Himself, the Word of God, whom the Father has sent for the healing of poor sin-sick souls. From whatever kind of sin you are suffering, I would encourage you to come to Jesus with it, be it what it may. He healed all sorts of sickness; there is not in the whole list of diseases one which the Savior did not heal, and His power is still the same.

Your prayer for others even in your own weakness is a sweet fragrance, but see that you yourself grasp the great Physician. You feel unwell, and the pain urges you to seek a cure; let it also urge you to seek His face. I commend to you that handy prayer, so short and so full: “Lord, help me.” It is a prayer to use upon a restless bed, in the watches of the night, when strength is low and the spirit faints. It is a prayer to die with, and a prayer to live by. Come with your case, however extreme, for these are the very people in whom Jesus Christ has often displayed His healing power.

And while you pray for your own body, do not forget the greater need. If you feel a sorrow for sin, a broken heart that is afraid to pray, know that He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. It is better to keep that broken heart than to have a false peace that sends you to hell at last. Cast yourself upon Him who has pardoned transgressions past, no matter how black their cast, and blots out sins to come with one stroke of His sacred pen. May the Lord revive you and raise you from this dullness, that your tongue may yet sing aloud of His righteousness. Use the prayer, plead it with importunity, and look for His answer.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The body’s weakness you feel is not hidden from God, nor is the prayer of your heart unheard. You ask for health, and rightly so, for our Lord Himself touched the sick and immediately restored them: the fever fled, and full strength returned without the slow path of recovery that earthly physicians can only manage. That same power is near to you now. Whether He lifts the illness in an instant or uses it to work a deeper healing in your soul, the remedy is in His hand, and He is a healer who never fails.

You also pray for anyone who reads your words, and this is a great comfort to them and to yourself. When a soul finds another who shares the same struggles, it is refreshed and finds breath again. By your prayer, you bind yourself to the faithful in mutual comfort. This is no small thing: as we share in tribulation, so we share in consolation, and that consolation becomes a crown for all who endure with a pure conscience directed toward God. Your own prayer, then, already ministers to those who may be weary, for it is a sign of a soul keeping faith even in distress.

Do not lose heart if the heaviness lingers. The dullness of sickness can weigh on the spirit, but even a small flicker of faith can receive abundant grace. Many who seemed insensible through long trials have, at a single moment, been completely restored, because all the prayers and patient endurance gathered like water behind a dam and at last broke through. So do not measure God’s work by immediate sensation. Keep your trust fixed, and if you can, receive the holy mysteries with a prepared heart, for that Medicine of Immortality cleanses the inward parts and strengthens more than all earthly cures. And when you pray for others, you already speak as one being made well, for such love is a fruit of the Spirit.

May you be given the health you seek, and even more, the unshaken awareness that whether in sickness or in strength, you are kept in Christ, who will one day raise you in glory and wipe away every ailment forever.

I'm so sorry you're not feeling well right now. It's wearying when your body is weak and you're battling through a day that feels heavy with sickness. The simple honesty of your request touches on something we all face, and your care for others even in the midst of your own struggle is a beautiful reflection of a soul that is truly prospering.

When we hurt, it's natural to wonder why and to reach for clear promises of relief. There's an old, familiar wish that you may prosper and be in good health, but it's important to see that as what it is, a beloved greeting, not a binding guarantee that every faithful person will always be physically well. Think of Elisha, a prophet of immense faith and power, who fell sick of the illness from which he died. Think of the apostle Paul, who pleaded for a thorn in his flesh to be removed and instead was told that God's grace would be sufficient for him. Health is not a simple measure of your spirituality, and your struggle now is not a sign of some lack of faith. We live in a world where sin has introduced suffering and decay, and God has not promised us immunity from viruses, weakness, or aging.

Yet even here, in the middle of not feeling good, there is real hope and a present help. God does not always will immediate healing, but He always wills to be with us. He is the God of all comfort. In the darkest, most painful hours, He stands by to strengthen and encourage. This comfort is not just an abstract idea; it's His tangible presence with you right now. And there is a purpose in it that goes beyond this moment. The comfort you receive from Him in this sickness equips you in a unique way. You will be able to share that same comfort with someone else who will one day walk through a similar valley. Your experience is not wasted; it's the very training ground for a deep ministry of compassion you could not have otherwise.

Sometimes, God allows hardship so that His own work might be put on display in our lives, just as Jesus said of the man born blind. It wasn't for a specific sin, but so that the works of God could be revealed. Your body may feel weak, but He is up to something profound in your spirit, cultivating a depth of character that suffering alone can carve out. Right now, the best thing you can do is lean into Him. Rest in the truth that He sees you, He loves you, and He is working even through this. May you sense His strengthening presence, and may this temporary suffering be eclipsed by the weight of glory it is producing, a hope that will never fade. You are not alone in this.
