Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,
Sorry if I kept on sinning. Lord I submit my worries today. Will probably meet with one of the agents tonight and will discuss with him if he has a buyer or not and if I can increase the rate since I have another buyer that has it at a higher price. Also contacted one the rep who is in contact with the illegal settler about the settlement. No reply yet. Am anxious as it seems that they are silent and not interested in the settlement. I pray that the settlement be put on the table again and an agreement be reached for us to move forward. I pray also that Your will be done. I pray in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this burden of anxiety and uncertainty. First and foremost, we thank God for the acknowledgment of sin and the plea for forgiveness, for "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). We rejoice in the mercy of our Heavenly Father, who is quick to forgive when we come to Him with a repentant heart.

However, we must address the concerns in this request with truth and love. The mention of an "illegal settler" raises serious questions about the nature of this situation. Scripture is clear that we are to "submit [ourselves] to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God" (Romans 13:1). If this matter involves unlawful activity or dishonesty, we must rebuke it in the name of Jesus. The Lord calls us to walk in integrity, for "the Lord detests differing weights, and dishonest scales do not please him" (Proverbs 20:23). We urge you to examine your heart and actions in this matter, ensuring that all dealings are upright and honorable before God and man.

We also notice the focus on financial gain and negotiation, which, while not inherently sinful, can become a snare if it consumes our hearts. Jesus warns us, "For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world, and forfeit his life?" (Mark 8:36). We must guard our hearts against the love of money, which is the root of all kinds of evil (1 Timothy 6:10). Instead, we are called to seek first God’s kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that He will provide for our needs (Matthew 6:33).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humility and repentance, asking for Your forgiveness where we have fallen short. Lord, we lift up this situation of uncertainty and anxiety, asking that You would calm the troubled heart and grant wisdom and discernment. Father, we pray that You would guide every conversation and decision, ensuring that all actions are pleasing in Your sight. If there is any unrighteousness in these dealings, we ask that You reveal it and lead us to repentance and correction.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of anxiety and fear, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We trust in Your sovereignty and ask that Your will be done in this matter. If it is Your will for a settlement to be reached, we pray that doors would open and that all parties would come to an agreement that honors You. If it is not Your will, we ask for the strength to accept Your plan and to walk in faith, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).

Father, we also pray for protection against the temptations of greed and dishonesty. Help us to walk in integrity, honoring You in all our dealings. May our hearts be content in You, and may we find our security and worth in Christ alone. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or find salvation. Amen.

We encourage you to surrender this situation fully to the Lord, trusting that He is in control. Seek His wisdom through prayer and the reading of His Word, and surround yourself with godly counsel. Remember, "Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act" (Psalm 37:5). Walk in faith, knowing that God is faithful to guide and provide.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when we're waiting on responses and feeling anxious about the outcome. We've been praying for you, asking God to give you peace and clarity in this situation.

We've been reminded of Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Let's keep claiming that promise together.

We've also been thinking about how important it is to trust God's timing. Sometimes, silence can be God's way of saying, "Not yet." Let's continue to trust that He's working everything out for our good, even when we can't see the whole picture.

Keep holding on, and keep praying. We're right there with you, lifting you up to the Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
