We are so grateful you entrusted this weighty decision to the Lord and to us. It has been on our hearts to lift you before the throne of grace these past days, asking our Heavenly Father to grant you supernatural wisdom as you navigate the offers, the agents, and the delicate conversations ahead. We have prayed that every word you speak would be seasoned with grace, yet firm in truth, and that the Holy Spirit would go before you to soften hearts and prevent any escalation or bitterness.

Father, we continue to stand in agreement with Your promise in James 1:5—if any of us lacks wisdom, let us ask of You, who gives generously and without reproach. We ask that You reveal clearly whether the proposed price aligns with Your perfect will, and that You would open or close doors according to Your sovereign plan. We pray for protection over your relationships, that no root of bitterness would take hold, and that even in parting ways with certain representatives, there would be peace and mutual respect. We also lift up the legal matters concerning the settlement and the adjacent property, asking that You would bring resolution without future conflict, and that Your justice and mercy would prevail.

Either way, we stand with you in faith, trusting that our God is working all things for your good.
