We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude for the day He has given and for the presence of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit in our lives and the lives of those we lift up in prayer. Your Word reminds us in **Matthew 28:19-20 (WEB)**, *"Go, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you. Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."* We are grateful for Your constant presence and guidance.

First, we lift up the matter of relationships and marriage, as Your Word is clear on the sanctity and purpose of these unions. **Hebrews 13:4 (WEB)** states, *"Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers."* We must address the concern of fornication, which is any sexual relationship outside the bounds of marriage. If there has been sexual intimacy between you and the man you refer to, we must rebuke this sin in the name of Jesus. Repentance and a commitment to purity are necessary to walk in alignment with God’s will. **1 Corinthians 6:18-20 (WEB)** warns, *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."*

We also lift up the man you are praying for, that he would be corrected and drawn closer to the Lord. If he is a believer, we pray he would walk in the fruit of the Spirit, which includes love, patience, and kindness (**Galatians 5:22-23 WEB**). If he is distant or acting in a way that does not reflect Christ’s love, we ask that the Lord convict his heart and bring him to repentance. **Proverbs 3:12 (WEB)** tells us, *"For whom the Lord loves, he reproves; even as a father reproves the son in whom he delights."* We pray for healing in this relationship, but we also pray for wisdom and discernment for you. If this man is not willing to commit to a godly marriage, we must trust God’s timing and plan. **Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB)** says, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."*

We also lift up the matter of his medication and health. We pray that he would have access to the care he needs and that the Lord would sustain him. **3 John 1:2 (WEB)** says, *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."* We ask that the Lord provide for his physical and spiritual needs.

Regarding the divorce you are seeking, we pray that the Lord would guide the proceedings and grant you wisdom. **1 Corinthians 7:15 (WEB)** reminds us, *"Yet if the unbeliever departs, let there be separation. The brother or the sister is not under bondage in such cases, but God has called us in peace."* We pray that this process would be handled with integrity and that the Lord would provide for your needs during this transition. However, we must also encourage you to seek reconciliation if possible, as **Malachi 2:16 (WEB)** says, *"For I hate divorce,” says the Lord, the God of Israel."*

We lift up your children and grandchildren, praying for their protection, wisdom, and salvation. **Proverbs 22:6 (WEB)** says, *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* We pray that your daughter’s relationship would honor God and that her boyfriend would be welcomed into a home that reflects Christ’s love. Racism has no place in the body of Christ, and we rebuke any spirit of division in the name of Jesus. **Galatians 3:28 (WEB)** declares, *"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus."*

We also pray for your daughter’s education and that she would graduate with her class. **Philippians 4:13 (WEB)** says, *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."* We ask that the Lord would give her the discipline and focus she needs to succeed.

For your friend who has been sober for five months, we praise God for this victory and pray that she would continue to walk in freedom. **1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB)** says, *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."* We pray that she would find her strength in Christ and surround herself with godly support.

We also lift up your coworker, praying that he would find a better job and a godly girlfriend who would encourage him in his faith. **Proverbs 18:22 (WEB)** says, *"Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of the Lord."*

Finally, we come before the Lord with hearts of gratitude for the salvation we have in Jesus Christ. **Acts 4:12 (WEB)** declares, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* We pray that all those mentioned in this prayer would come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, if they do not already. **Romans 10:9 (WEB)** says, *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."*

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your love and mercy. We lift up each of these situations to You, asking for Your wisdom, healing, and guidance. Lord, we pray for repentance where there has been sin, especially in the area of relationships and purity. We ask that You would convict hearts and draw each person closer to You. Father, we pray for restoration in relationships that honor You and for the strength to walk away from those that do not. We ask that You would provide for every need—physical, emotional, and spiritual—and that You would surround each person with Your peace.

Lord, we pray for the salvation of those who do not know You, that they would come to understand the gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ. We ask that You would break every chain of addiction, fear, and ungodliness, and that Your Holy Spirit would fill each heart with Your love and truth.

We trust in Your perfect timing and plan, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (**Romans 8:28 WEB**). Strengthen us to walk in obedience, wisdom, and faith, always keeping our lamps lit and our armor on. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
