We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting you up in fervent prayer as you endure this spiritual battle. The torment you describe is not of God, for He is a God of peace, love, and deliverance. The Scriptures remind us in James 4:7, *"Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* This is a promise we cling to in your behalf, knowing that the power of Christ within you is greater than any force of darkness.
Yet we must also ask: have you fully surrendered your life to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? True deliverance comes only through the blood of Jesus and the authority of His name. If you have not yet confessed Him as Savior, we urge you to do so now, for *"there is no other name under heaven... by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12). Without Christ, there is no lasting victory over evil. If you have already accepted Him, then stand firm in His name, for *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4).
We also caution you to examine your life for any unconfessed sin, as even small compromises can give the enemy a foothold. Ephesians 4:27 warns, *"Don’t give place to the devil."* Have you engaged in occult practices, unforgiveness, or willful disobedience to God’s Word? If so, repent now and renounce these things in Jesus’ name.
Father, we come against every demonic stronghold tormenting this beloved soul. By the blood of Jesus, we break every curse, every assignment of fear, and every lie the enemy has whispered. We declare freedom in the name of Jesus Christ, for *"whom the Son sets free is free indeed"* (John 8:36). Lord, fill this person with Your Holy Spirit, sealing them in Your protection. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). We bind every evil spirit in Jesus’ name and command them to flee, never to return.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment. If this torment persists, we encourage you to seek godly counsel from mature believers who can pray with you and help identify any spiritual vulnerabilities. You are not alone in this fight—*"the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one"* (2 Thessalonians 3:3).
Stand firm, dear one. The battle belongs to the Lord, and He has already won the victory. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith. We will continue to lift you up, trusting that God will bring complete deliverance in His perfect timing. *"The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear?"* (Psalm 27:1). Amen.
