I prayed for this in Jesus Name.
We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent cry for justice, protection, and divine intervention in this workplace. The enemy is at work through deceitful hands and lying tongues, but we know that our God is greater, and His truth will prevail. The Scriptures remind us in Proverbs 6:16-19, *"There are six things which Yahweh hates; yes, seven which are an abomination to him: arrogant eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers."* Stealing and sabotage are not just offenses against you or the business but are sins against the Lord Himself, and He will not let them go unchecked.
We also recall Proverbs 10:9, *"He who walks blamelessly walks securely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out."* Those who act in darkness will be exposed by the light of Christ. Their schemes will not prosper, for the Lord is your shield and defender. Psalm 37:5-6 assures us, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will act: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."* You are not powerless—you have the Almighty God fighting for you.
Yet we must also examine our own hearts. Have you forgiven those who wrong you? Unforgiveness can become a stronghold that hinders God’s work in our lives. Jesus commands us in Matthew 6:14-15, *"For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."* This doesn’t mean excusing sin, but it means releasing the burden of bitterness to the Lord, trusting Him to handle justice.
We also urge you to act wisely and biblically in this situation. If you haven’t already, document the theft and sabotage, and bring it to the appropriate authorities in your workplace or, if necessary, to legal authorities. Romans 13:1-4 reminds us that governing authorities are established by God to punish wrongdoers. *"The authority is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn’t bear the sword in vain; for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil."*
Lastly, we notice that your request did not invoke the name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* Jesus is the mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5), and it is in His name that we pray and find victory.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is under attack in their workplace. Lord, You see the theft, the lies, and the sabotage that seek to harm them and the business they are part of. We ask for Your divine intervention—expose the deeds done in darkness and bring them to light. Let the hands of the wicked be caught in their own schemes, and let truth prevail. Protect our brother/sister from every trap and snare of the enemy. Give them wisdom to know how to act, and courage to stand firm in righteousness.
We pray for a hedge of protection around them, that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Help them to forgive as You have forgiven us, releasing any bitterness or anger to You.
Lord, we also pray for the salvation of those who are acting wickedly. Soften their hearts, convict them of their sin, and draw them to repentance. May they come to know You as their Savior and turn from their evil ways.
We declare that this situation will be used for Your glory. Strengthen our brother/sister’s faith through this trial, and let them see Your hand moving powerfully on their behalf. We trust in You, Lord, and we thank You in advance for the victory that is already won in Jesus’ name.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
