We hear your cry for justice and protection in this difficult situation at work, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this matter before our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The workplace can be a battleground where envy, malice, and deceit seek to destroy reputations and livelihoods, but we serve a God who is just and who exposes the hidden things of darkness.

First, we rebuke every spirit of slander, gossip, and sabotage that has been unleashed against you. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 6:16-19, "There are six things which Yahweh hates; yes, seven which are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers." The enemy seeks to use division and lies to destroy, but we declare that these schemes will not stand. We pray that every false word spoken against you will be silenced and that the truth will be revealed like the morning sun.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for you, that you may navigate this situation with grace and integrity. Proverbs 2:6-8 reminds us, "For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints." We ask that God would give you the strength to respond in a way that honors Him, even when others do not. Do not repay evil with evil, but trust in the Lord to vindicate you. Romans 12:19 says, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"

We also pray for the heart of the one who has sought to harm you. While we do not excuse her actions, we ask that God would soften her heart and bring conviction where there is sin. Matthew 5:44 says, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." This is a hard command, but it is the way of Christ. We pray that she would come to repentance and that God would turn her heart away from malice.

Father God, we ask that You expose every lie and bring the truth to light. Let justice roll down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24). We declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that the schemes of the enemy will be brought to nothing. We pray for favor in your workplace, that your supervisors and coworkers would see the truth and that your reputation would be restored. We ask that You would give you peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and that You would guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We also encourage you to seek godly counsel if this situation continues or escalates. Proverbs 11:14 says, "Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory." You do not have to face this alone. Lean on the Lord and trust in His timing. Psalm 37:5-6 says, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go out as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."

Lastly, we pray for your protection, not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. The enemy would love to see you discouraged, bitter, or filled with anger, but we declare that you will not be overcome by evil. Instead, you will overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21). We ask that God would fill you with His peace and that you would walk in the confidence of His love and protection.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with boldness, knowing that You hear the cries of Your children. We ask that You move mightily in this situation, that the truth would be revealed, and that justice would prevail. We trust in You, Lord, for You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and through which we have access to Your throne of grace. Amen.

We hear how exhausting and isolating this is, being undermined at work while coworkers get pulled into the mess can wear you down fast. Please know we are praying with you right now.

One practical step that often helps in a situation like this is to keep a simple, private record: date, time, what was said or done, and who else may have witnessed it. Facts written down while they are fresh protect you far better than a long explanation later. If the sabotage or harassment continues, that record gives you something concrete to take to a supervisor or HR. In the meantime, guard your own conduct: stay on task, stay truthful, and refuse to be pulled into the same gossip. That keeps this from taking more of your heart than it already has.

Father, we bring this painful workplace battle to You. Comfort our friend in the middle of slander and hostility. Give steady courage and clear judgment. Please bring the truth to light in Your time and protect an innocent reputation from lasting harm. Grant wisdom about when to speak, when to stay silent, and when to involve those in authority. Most of all, guard this person’s heart from bitterness and fear. In Jesus’ name, amen.

This is a cause for urgent prayer, and I will carry it with you to the mercy seat. O Lord, Thou God of truth, behold the malice that has been aimed at this soul and the slandering tongue that seeks to bring trouble. Arise, O God, and let the hidden works of darkness be brought to light. Silence the lying lips, scatter the gossip, and stop the hand of the troubler. Grant Thy servant a quiet spirit and a steadfast heart. Let not the fear of man bring a snare, but let the truth prevail and the falsehood be exposed. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Now do not take the matter into your own hands by returning evil for evil. The Lord reigneth, and no whisper escapes His ear. Commit your cause to Him that judgeth righteously. Walk uprightly before your coworkers, speak the truth, and let your conduct be consistent with the Gospel you profess. Buy the truth and sell it not. There is no place where truth can be found in its power and life, except in Jesus Christ. Remember how your Master was slandered, yet He answered not again. He is touched with the feeling of your infirmities, and He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your judgment as the noonday. Trust Him for the outcome. Genuine faith trusts God in a storm. If the Lord permits this trial to continue a little longer, it is not because He has forgotten you; it is that faith may be strengthened and patience have her perfect work. Fear not them that can only kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. The truth of God will outlive every lie, and the God of truth will be your defense.

Your urgent request has been heard and we are praying with you now in the name of Jesus Christ.

We understand the pain of being slandered at work, of having coworkers turned against you by gossip and harassment, and of watching someone try to make herself look good by trying to make you look bad. It is a heavy burden to bear, and it is right to bring it to the Lord who sees what is done in secret and who will bring truth into the light.

Scripture teaches us that God is the one who will demand an account. When someone slanders you to others, they add to their own responsibility before God, who hears every word. Those who listen are not your final judges. The Lord knows the truth of what has been said and done, and He is able to reveal what is false and to vindicate what is true in His time and in His way. We pray that He will do so here, that the harassment and gossip would stop, that lies would be exposed, and that the truth would be made clear to all who need to see it.

We also pray for you, that you may be kept from returning evil for evil. The same Word that warns against slander warns us not to speak evil even when we feel justified, and not to parade the failings of others. It calls us to be above insults and revilings, not because they do not hurt, but because in Christ we can bear them with patience and remain free from the same sin. Ask the Lord to guard your own lips and heart in this trial, so that you do not become a gossip in return, but that your words and conduct remain truthful, gracious and blameless before God and before your coworkers.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, through whom alone we have salvation and access to Your throne of grace. You see this situation at work and You know the truth that others do not see. We ask that You would cause all harassment, slander and gossip to cease. Bring to light what has been hidden, expose what is false, and let the truth be revealed. Protect this dear one from trouble and from the schemes of others, grant favor and clear sight to those in authority, and give peace where there has been turmoil. Give strength to endure this trial without fear, wisdom to act with integrity in every task, and grace to respond with kindness and not with revenge. Work also in the heart of the one who has done wrong, that she may turn from malice and seek what is good. Keep all who are involved from sinful speech and help this workplace to be a place of honesty and respect. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Continue to walk faithfully, do your work with diligence and honesty, speak only what is true and helpful, and entrust yourself to God who judges justly. If possible, keep a clear record of what happens and seek wise and proper help from those in authority at your workplace. We will continue to pray for your protection, for truth to prevail, and for peace to be restored.

Your urgent cry has been heard and I am praying with you right now in the name of Jesus Christ.

I understand the pain of being slandered at work, of having your character attacked, of feeling coworkers turned against you through gossip and harassment. It is a heavy burden to carry, and it is right to bring it to the Lord who sees all things clearly.

Scripture puts a great emphasis on truth because truth is not just an idea, it is eternal. The Word of God tells us that truth lives in those who belong to Christ and will be with us forever. Jesus said His words are truth and that even heaven and earth will pass away but His truth will remain. His grace and mercy and peace come to us in truth and love. When everything around you feels unstable because of lies, you can rest on what does not change.

My prayer for you is that you will continue to walk in truth. There is no greater joy for the Lord than to see His children walking in truth, not turning aside, not compromising, even when it is difficult. That means not only believing what is true but living it, doing what is true in your speech and conduct, showing love even to those who oppose you. God calls us to love one another, and that love is rooted in truth.

The Bible also teaches us that lies come from the enemy of our souls. Jesus said He is the way, the truth and the life, while the devil has no truth in him and is the father of lies. Lies bring bondage and confusion, but knowing and living the truth brings freedom. Jesus wants to reveal truth, not hide it. Ask Him by His Spirit to reveal His truth to your heart and to make the truth known in your workplace in His perfect timing and way.

I am praying that the Lord will cause the harassment and gossip to stop, that every slander and scheme to make you look bad will be exposed for what it is, and that the truth will be made clear to your coworkers and supervisors. I am also praying that He will guard your heart from bitterness, that you will not repay evil for evil, and that you will be kept in His peace while He defends you. God sees what is done in secret and He is just.

Let us pray together. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ I lift up this dear one who is suffering under slander and trouble at work. You know the truth of every word that has been spoken and every motive of the heart. I ask for Your grace, mercy and peace to rest upon them. Stop the harassment and gossip, Lord, and let what is true be revealed. Expose the lies and let Your truth shine. Give strength to walk in truth and love, to not be overcome by evil but to overcome evil with good. Fill the heart with greater faith and greater knowledge of You, and set free by Your truth. Guard this life and provide protection and vindication according to Your will. In Jesus name, amen.
