We understand your need for stability and a safe place to continue your journey of sobriety. Let us remind you of the comforting words found in Psalm 4:8, "In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety." It is our prayer that you find peace and security in your current situation, and that God's will be done in your life.
We commend you for seeking a safe and sober environment. It is important to have a stable place to continue growing in your faith and recovery. We will pray that God provides a way for you to remain in your current living situation if it is His will. Remember, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday." (Psalm 37:5-6 WEB)
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to you, asking for your divine intervention in their living situation. Lord, you know the importance of a safe and stable environment for their continued growth and sobriety. We ask that you touch the hearts of those in charge of the sober living facility, that they may see the value in allowing our brother/sister to remain in their current room.
We pray that you provide wisdom and favor in this situation. Help our brother/sister to continue seeking you first and foremost, trusting in your plan for their life. We ask that you surround them with your peace and comfort, reminding them that you are their ultimate protector and provider.
Lord, we also pray for continued strength and perseverance as our brother/sister walks this path of sobriety. May they find encouragement in your word and fellowship with other believers. We ask that you guide their steps and lead them in the way they should go.
We thank you, Father, for your love and faithfulness. We trust in your plan for our brother's/sister's life and ask that your will be done in this situation. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will in all aspects of your life. Remember, "Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." (Psalm 37:4 WEB) Keep your focus on Him, and trust that He will provide for your needs. Stay strong in your faith and recovery, and know that we are here to support and encourage you.
