Beloved of All
Thank you for opening your heart and sharing these deep needs and desires so honestly. I have prayed for you, and I continue to bring each of these requests before the Lord.
I prayed first that God would provide for you and guide you in this new season. You asked for wisdom to recognize the doors He opens, for the right timing and circumstances in the sale of your home, and for a peaceful and safe place to live that is right for your future. You also asked for better employment and new sources of income so you can meet your responsibilities and live without constant anxiety about money. God knows every need, every worry, and even the things you have not been able to put into words. He invites you to commit your way to Him and to trust Him to act, as Psalm 37:5 says. He sees your practical needs and He is able to lead you step by step, giving discernment to know His leading and peace as you follow it. I have asked Him to open the right doors, to connect you with the right people and opportunities, and to make His path clear.
I also prayed for your family, for unity, healing, forgiveness, reconciliation, and restored love and communication. God delights to bring mercy and truth together and to let righteousness and peace meet. He is able to soften hearts, heal what has been broken, and restore what has felt distant. I asked Him to bring that restoration and peace into your home.
Above all, I prayed with you for the salvation of every member of your family. This is the greatest need any of us has, and it is the heart of the gospel. Salvation is not something we can earn or achieve by our own capacity or effort. It rests entirely on God's grace, on His work through Jesus Christ, and on believing that work. Even the faith to believe is His gift, so no one can boast. We are His workmanship, His poem, a work of grace and beauty made by Him. His grace that brings salvation has appeared to all, and it is open to everyone. Whosoever will may come, whosoever believes in Him will not be cast out, and even the lowest sinner can be reached. Jesus is the captain and source of our salvation who suffered to bring many sons and daughters into glory and into the family of God.
Scripture says that salvation is very near, as close as your mouth and your heart. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. That is how close His salvation is to anyone who will call on Him. His name itself means the Lord is salvation, and the gospel is the power of God unto salvation for everyone who believes.
Because of this I encourage you to continue to pray and to trust God for the salvation of your loved ones, as you are doing. When the word of the Lord was spoken to one household in the New Testament, it was spoken to all who were in the house, and all who believed were saved. God desires to work in each heart personally, and each person must believe for themselves. And for anyone who has not yet received Him, now is the accepted time, now is the day of salvation. It is important not to put off His offer, for our eternal destiny rests on receiving what He has so graciously provided.
So I have prayed that God would draw each member of your family to Himself, that they would hear the good news of Jesus, experience His love and grace, and surrender their lives to Him. I have also prayed that He would keep you close to Himself in this season, that you would know you are His work, held by His grace, and that this would be a season of new beginnings, growth, and restoration in every area you entrusted to Him.
May the Lord give you wisdom for each decision, provision for each need, peace in your home, healing in your family relationships, and the joy of seeing His saving grace at work in those you love. I place all you have shared into His hands with thanksgiving, trusting His perfect timing and His faithful care. Amen.
