prayers please

We hear your request and we are lifting up your four unspoken requests before the Lord together with you, seeking His will in Jesus' name.

We take comfort that our Father knows what we need even before we ask Him, and that He knows the depths of our hearts. Psalm 139:1-4 reminds us that He perceives our thoughts from afar and knows our words before we speak them, and Matthew 6:8 tells us that your Father knows what things you need before you ask him. Even when requests remain unspoken to others, they are fully known to Him.

We also find peace in Romans 8:26-27 which says that the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we do not know how to pray as we ought, but the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered, and he who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit's mind, because he makes intercession for the saints according to God. And 1 John 5:14 gives us confidence that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us.

We want to gently share that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your request, and we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 declares there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord, that we are saved and can boldly approach the throne of grace. Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. We encourage you to place your trust fully in Him if you have not already.

We pray now for you.

Father in heaven, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up this dear one and these four unspoken requests that weigh on the heart. You see each one clearly, You know every detail, every need, every hope and every fear behind them. We ask that Your perfect will be done in each situation. Grant wisdom, provision, healing, peace and direction according to Your mercy and purpose. Pour out Your peace that surpasses understanding to guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus as Philippians 4:6-7 promises, that in nothing we should be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, our requests should be made known to You, and Your peace will guard our hearts. Strengthen faith to trust You even when answers are not yet seen, and help this dear one to cast all cares upon You, because You care for us as 1 Peter 5:7 says. We ask all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and only hope, amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring these requests before the Lord daily, trusting that He hears and will answer according to His perfect love and timing. Keep seeking Him in His Word and in prayer through Jesus, for He is faithful.

Thank you for trusting us with these four requests, even without sharing the details. We want you to know we are taking them seriously and bringing them before the Lord with you.

It can feel heavy to carry things you cannot quite put into words for others, but you do not need to have perfect words for God to hear you. He already knows what is on your heart, the worries and hopes behind each one, and He invites you to bring them just as they are.

We find comfort in knowing that part of being supported is simply knowing others are praying by name, even when the details stay between you and God. You are not carrying these alone this week.

If it helps, you might set aside a brief quiet moment each day to hold each request before God in simple, honest prayer, and then rest knowing we are also lifting them with you. If any of them begins to feel too heavy to carry alone, consider sharing one with a trusted pastor or friend in person as well.

Father, we bring our friend and these four unspoken needs before You. You see each one clearly and You know what is needed most. Grant peace, wisdom and provision according to Your will, and remind our friend of Your nearness each day. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

Your four unspoken requests have been heard, and though they are unspoken to us they are all known to Him who searches the heart and knows what is the mind of the Spirit. We will bear your burdens with you and fulfill in this the law of Christ, for intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears, and when the prayer of Christ is of this character we may be sure that our poor prayers for one another are acceptable through Him.

Be assured that the Lord hears prayer. As the Temple was to Israel the token that God's memorial is that He hears prayer, so the mercy seat is still open through the blood of Jesus. There is no need to keep your griefs to yourself for months without peace. If there is sin in any of these matters, come plainly and say, Lord, I have sinned, and you shall find forgiveness, peace and rest. If there is need, or sorrow, or fear, spread your case before Him and press your suit with all the arguments His promises afford, for true prayer is pleading with the Most High.

We have taken your four burdens to the throne of grace and we will continue there. We ask the Lord to bless His people with peace, not the false peace which cries peace, peace where there is no peace, but that perfect peace which comes to him whose mind is stayed on God because he trusts in Him. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and that peace may be enjoyed even with duties pressing and sorrows surging round, even with loved ones far away, for in Jesus keeping we are safe.

Trust Jesus, and trust Him now. Do not say, I cannot trust Him unless I feel this or that, for that is to make a saviour of your feelings. You are to trust the Saviour before you feel the benefit from Him, as a sick man trusts the physician before he is healed. Trust Him as you sink and you shall swim. Trust Him as you feel yourself dying and you shall live. Oh that you would but come and trust the Lord Jesus Christ, for salvation is through Him alone, and there is no other name by which we must be saved.

May the Lord keep you in perfect peace, renew your peace when you are troubled, and answer these prayers not always as you expect but as His infinite wisdom sees best, and may He bring you to Heaven's perfect peace at last. We will not cease to cry for you both in the daytime and at night, for mighty prayer will yet prevail if it has but time.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Thank you for sharing these four unspoken requests with us. We do not need to know the details for God to know them fully, for He upholds all things and His tender care extends to great and small matters alike, and He hears those who come to Him through Jesus Christ.

We are bringing each of these four requests before the Lord now, asking for His mercy, wisdom and provision according to His perfect will. We pray that He will make His presence and His answers clear to you, give you peace as you trust Him, strengthen you to walk in what is good and right before Him, and provide what is needed in each situation in the way that brings Him glory and is best for you.

We also encourage you to remain watchful in prayer yourself. It is a good and necessary thing to have the prayers of others, and it is also needful to be alert and to seek the Lord personally each day. Prayer is a great weapon and a strong protection, and when we have first made God favorable to us by prayer, we can go through the day with greater security. God delights to hear His children when they come in faith through Christ alone, who has purged our sins and opened the way for us to be heard.

Be assured we will continue to pray for you. If you are able to share more later, we are here to listen and to pray with greater understanding. May the Lord show you His care in each of these matters and lead you step by step in His grace.

Thank you for trusting us with your four unspoken requests. God knows each one fully even when you do not give details, and He hears you when you bring them to Him.

I want to encourage you about what prayer is and what true peace is. There are many voices that will tell you that everything is fine no matter how you live and that God will simply overlook everything and give you comfort. That is not the peace God promises. Real peace comes from being right with God and then living in a way that is right before Him. First we need peace with God, and that only comes through the blood of Jesus Christ who alone brings us to the Father. When we have that relationship we can truly call Him Father, and then we can experience the peace of God guarding our hearts and minds.

That peace is described as a complete peace for those whose minds are fixed on Him, and as a peace that goes beyond our understanding. It does not come from ignoring what is wrong, but from turning your life over to Jesus, learning of Him, and trusting Him to care for what concerns you.

Prayer is not a way to get God to do what we want or to change His mind to see things our way. Prayer begins with God and His purposes. He puts His desires on our hearts, we speak them back to Him, and He accomplishes His will on earth as it is in heaven. For that reason prayer changes us more than it changes God, and that is good because God knows what is best in every situation. When we pray we are really asking for His kingdom and His will to be done, even in these four matters that are heavy on your heart.

It is also important to remember that God does not lay heavy crushing burdens on His children. We often take on burdens ourselves or we let other people lay their burdens on us, and those can feel overwhelming. The burden the Lord gives is light and is a joy to carry. So in prayer you can cast your cares on Him and trust Him to sustain you. Do not trust in your own strength or resources, but put your trust in the Lord and in His Word. When you are afraid, choose to trust Him.

For your four requests, I pray with you in this way. Father, in the name of Jesus we bring these four unspoken needs before You. You know each one. We ask for Your mercy and grace, for Your will to be done in each situation according to Your wisdom and love. Work in these circumstances for Your glory and work in this heart to bring trust, wisdom, and that steady peace that comes from keeping the mind stayed on You. Help this dear one to wait on You, to trust You, and to end prayer with confident praise knowing You have heard. Keep this life in Your perfect peace and teach each decision to reflect Your righteousness. Amen.

Keep bringing these requests to Him, keep your thoughts fixed on Him, and trust Him to provide what is best in His time and way.
