We hear your heart’s cry for peace, unity in your marriage, and relief from financial burdens. Let us come before the Lord together, lifting these needs in faith.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the sacred covenant of marriage, which You established as a reflection of Christ’s love for His church. We pray for this union, that You would strengthen the bond between this husband and wife, shielding them from any division, distraction, or temptation that seeks to drive a wedge between them. Lord, guard their hearts, minds, and conversations. Let no root of bitterness, pride, or unforgiveness take hold, but fill them with Your love, patience, and grace toward one another. May their home be a place of peace, built on Your Word and centered on You. We rebuke any influence—whether from outside voices, past wounds, or the enemy’s schemes—that would seek to disrupt their oneness. Instead, let Your Spirit reign in their marriage, drawing them closer to You and to each other.
Father, we also bring before You the weight of financial debt. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust in Your promise that You will supply every need according to Your riches in glory. We ask for wisdom in stewardship, discipline in spending, and opportunities for increase. Open doors that no man can shut, and grant favor in the eyes of those who can help bring relief. Let this burden be lifted as You lead them into financial freedom, not for their own comfort alone, but so they may be a blessing to others and a testimony to Your faithfulness. We declare that the borrower’s yoke is broken in Jesus’ name!
Lord, we also lift up the foundation of their faith. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to You, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. We pray that their trust in You would deepen, that they would walk in obedience to Your Word, and that their lives would bear fruit for Your kingdom. May they seek You first in all things, knowing that when they do, all these other things—peace, unity, provision—will be added unto them.
We stand on Your promises:
"Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7)
"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up." (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10)
"And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:19)
We declare these truths over their lives and pray with expectant hearts, believing that You are already at work. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
