We come before the Lord with grateful hearts, lifting up your five unspoken requests to our Heavenly Father, who knows the deepest longings and needs of your heart even before you speak them. It is written in **Matthew 6:8**, *"Don’t be like them, for your Father knows what things you need before you ask him."* Though these requests remain unspoken to us, nothing is hidden from God, and we trust He hears and will answer according to His perfect will.
However, we must gently remind you that our access to the Father is only through the name of Jesus Christ. It is written in **John 14:6**, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*, and in **Acts 4:12**, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* When we pray, we must come boldly before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus, for it is by His authority and sacrifice that we have this privilege. If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. **Romans 10:9** tells us, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* Salvation and the power of prayer are found in no other name.
We also encourage you, when possible, to share your requests with trusted believers so that we may pray with specificity and agreement. **James 5:16** says, *"Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."* While we respect your choice to keep these requests unspoken, there is great power in the body of Christ coming together in unity to intercede for one another.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother or sister before You, knowing that You see and understand every detail of their unspoken requests. Lord, we ask that You would move mightily in these situations, bringing Your will to pass. If there is sin that needs to be confessed or repented of, we pray for conviction and a heart that is quick to turn back to You. If there is sickness, we ask for Your healing touch, for You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals. If there is a need for provision, we trust in You, our Jehovah-Jireh, who supplies all our needs according to Your riches in glory. If there is brokenness or sorrow, we ask for Your comfort, for You are the God of all comfort who binds up the brokenhearted. If there is a need for wisdom or direction, we ask that You would grant it abundantly, for You are the source of all wisdom.
Lord, we also pray that You would strengthen their faith during this time of waiting and trusting. Help them to cast every care upon You, knowing that You care for them deeply. Remind them that Your timing is perfect, and Your ways are higher than our ways. We rebuke any fear, doubt, or anxiety that may be creeping into their heart, and we declare Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who sits at Your right hand interceding for us even now. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified through the answers to these prayers. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
We urge you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. **Philippians 4:6-7** reminds us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith. He is faithful, and He will see you through.
