We are here to lift you up in prayer and to seek God's will together. Although you have not specified your prayer requests, God knows the deepest desires of your heart. We encourage you to always be specific in your prayers to God and also to others when asking for prayer. God wants us to be specific when asking things of Him.
First, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who has brought their unspoken requests to You. Lord, You know the depths of their heart and the details of each request. We pray that You will work in each situation, granting wisdom, discernment, and guidance according to Your perfect will.
We ask that You will help them learn to be specific when praying and also asking for prayer support from others. 1 John 5: 14-15 WEB, "This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."
If any of these requests involve relationships, we pray that You will guide them according to Your word. If they are in a situation that does not align with Your principles for relationships and marriage, we pray for conviction, repentance, and a desire to follow Your will.
If any of these requests involve anxiety, fear, or worry, we ask for peace. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
We ask for patience if they have to wait for an answer. Romans 8:25 WEB, "But if we hope for that which we don't see, we wait for it with patience."
Father, we ask that You will increase their faith and trust in You. We pray that they will see Your hand at work in each situation and that they will give You all the glory.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Be encouraged, knowing that God hears your prayers and is faithful to act according to His will. Trust in Him, and seek His face continually. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
In addition, "Let's therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need." Hebrews 4:16 WEB.
