We are here to lift you up in prayer and to seek God's will together. Although you have not specified your requests, God knows your heart and your needs. We encourage you to cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. Peter's words encourage us, "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings."
But may the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a little while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you. To him be the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen.
In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. We encourage you to be specific in your requests to God, as we are encouraged in Philippians, "Don’t be anxious for anything; but in everything by prayer and request, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."
As you come to God in prayer, remember that it is in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who has brought their unspoken requests to you. Lord, you know the depths of their heart and the details of their needs. We pray that you will meet them where they are and provide comfort, guidance, and provision according to your will.
Help them to trust in you with all their heart, leaning not on their own understanding. Give them the strength to withstand any trials they may be facing, knowing that you are working all things together for their good.
We pray for their faith to be strengthened, their hope to be renewed, and their love for you to be deepened. We ask for your blessings upon their prayer requests. May your will be done in their life and may they receive prayer and supplication in the Spirit.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to be steadfast in your faith.
