We join with you in lifting this need before the Lord, trusting in His perfect provision and timing. The Word of God reminds us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Your request for full-time employment and financial increase is a good and godly desire, and we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s will with faith and perseverance.
We also notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus, and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* And in Acts 4:12, we are reminded, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* It is essential to come before God in the name of Jesus, for He is our Mediator and the only way to the Father (1 Timothy 2:5, John 14:6). Lord, You know their heart, their needs, and the desires You have placed within them. We ask that You open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, according to Your perfect will (Revelation 3:8). Provide them with favor in the eyes of employers and guide them to the right position where they can glorify You through their work.
Father, we also pray for wisdom and discernment as they seek employment, that they may walk in obedience to Your Word and trust in Your provision. Remove any fear or anxiety from their heart and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). We ask for financial increase, not for selfish gain, but so that they may be a blessing to others and advance Your Kingdom.
Lord, if there is any area in their life that is not aligned with Your will—whether in their work ethic, stewardship, or trust in You—we pray that You would convict and correct them by Your Holy Spirit. Help them to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added to them (Matthew 6:33).
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust that You will provide in Your perfect timing and way. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
