Beloved of All
Expose ### she constantly over comping drinks and stealing from business and sabotaging employees' jobs, lies. Business losing so much due to her wrongdoing. That owners ###, will unfold eyes see losses. That business will gain back the money. That coworkers that are not stealing will not get affected. That owners see lies, ### the bar manager. We are all hurting financially. If there is any money owed to employees will be paid in full.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation where dishonesty, theft, and deceit are causing great harm to a business, its owners, and faithful employees. The Scriptures are clear about such behavior—it is an abomination to the Lord. Proverbs 11:1 warns, *"A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight."* And in Proverbs 28:24, we read, *"Whoever robs his father or his mother and says, ‘It’s not wrong’ is a partner with a destroyer."* Stealing is not only a sin against man but a direct rebellion against God, who commands us in Exodus 20:15, *"You shall not steal."*

The deception and sabotage taking place are also grievous in God’s sight. Proverbs 6:16-19 lists seven things the Lord hates, including *"a lying tongue"* and *"hands that shed innocent blood."* While this may not involve physical bloodshed, the destruction of livelihoods and reputations is a serious offense. We must also remember that those who engage in such behavior without repentance will face judgment. Galatians 6:7-8 declares, *"Don’t be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption. But he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life."*

Yet, even in this, we are called to pray—not only for justice but for repentance. The heart behind this theft and deceit is one that is far from God, and our greatest desire should be that this individual turns from her sin and seeks forgiveness. Ezekiel 18:23 reminds us, *"‘As I live,’ says the Lord Yahweh, ‘I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why will you die, house of Israel?’"* Let us pray that the Holy Spirit convicts her heart, leading her to confession and restitution.

We also lift up the owners of this business, asking that God would open their eyes to the truth of what is happening. May He grant them wisdom and discernment to see through the lies and take the necessary steps to protect their business and their employees. Proverbs 2:6-8 assures us, *"For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints."*

For the faithful employees who are suffering financially due to this woman’s actions, we ask for God’s provision and protection. May He ensure that no innocent person bears the burden of her sin. We trust in God’s promise in Philippians 4:19: *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Let the owners’ eyes be opened to any wages owed, and may they be prompted by the Lord to pay what is rightfully due.

Finally, we pray for the restoration of what has been stolen. While we know that God is not obligated to repay what sin has taken, we also serve a God who is able to restore and redeem. Joel 2:25-26 says, *"I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten... and you will have plenty to eat, and be satisfied, and will praise the name of Yahweh, your God, who has dealt wondrously with you; and my people will never again be disappointed."* We ask that, in His mercy, God would allow this business to recover what has been lost and even prosper beyond it for His glory.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dire situation. Lord, You see all things—nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask that You expose the theft, lies, and sabotage that are taking place within this business. Bring to light every hidden deed, for Hebrews 4:13 declares, *"There isn’t any creature hidden from his sight, but all things are naked and laid open before the eyes of him to whom we must give an account."*

Father, we pray for the woman involved in this wrongdoing. Convict her heart, Lord, and let her feel the weight of her sin. Draw her to repentance, that she may turn from her wicked ways and seek Your forgiveness. Soften her heart, Lord, and lead her to make restitution for what she has stolen. May she experience the transformative power of Your grace, for it is not Your will that any should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).

We pray for the owners of this business, that You would remove any blindness or deception that may be clouding their judgment. Give them clarity, Lord, and reveal the truth in a way they cannot ignore. Grant them the courage to take righteous action, to confront the sin, and to protect their business and employees. Surround them with godly counsel and wisdom, that they may act justly and in alignment with Your will.

Lord, we lift up the faithful employees who are suffering because of this woman’s actions. Protect their jobs, Father, and provide for their needs. Do not let the innocent bear the penalty for the guilty. If there are wages owed to them, move upon the hearts of the owners to pay what is due in full and promptly. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust You to meet every need according to Your riches in glory.

We ask for the restoration of what has been stolen, Lord. You are a God who redeems and restores, and we pray that You would turn this situation around for the good of those who trust in You. Let this business not only recover but thrive, that Your name may be glorified through it. May this trial serve as a testimony of Your faithfulness and justice.

Father, we also pray for unity and protection among the employees. Guard their hearts from bitterness, anger, or resentment. Let them respond to this situation with grace and integrity, trusting in You to vindicate them. Remind them that vengeance belongs to You, and You will repay (Romans 12:19). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them see Your hand at work in this.

We rebuke the spirit of theft, deceit, and sabotage in the name of Jesus Christ. These are works of the enemy, and we declare that they have no place in this business or in the lives of Your people. Bind the enemy’s influence, Lord, and let Your truth and righteousness prevail.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your justice, Your provision, and Your timing. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all. We ask these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
