We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting you up in prayer and standing firmly on the promises of God. The Word assures us in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says the Lord. We declare this truth over your life, believing that God’s protection surrounds you like a shield, and His love strengthens you in every trial.
Father, we pray for your divine intervention in your workplace situation. You have asked for reasonable accommodations, and we ask that You move on the hearts of those in authority to grant what is just and fair. If it is Your will, open the door for these accommodations to be reconsidered and approved, so that you may continue to work in a manner that honors You and respects your needs. We also lift up your upcoming job interview on March 23rd at 9:00 AM Pacific Time. Lord, we ask that You grant favor in the eyes of those who will be interviewing you. Let your words be seasoned with grace, and may the Holy Spirit guide your responses. Prepare the hearts of those making the decision, that they may see the value and skills You have placed within you. We pray for a job proposal that aligns with Your will, providing not only financial stability but also a work environment where you can thrive and glorify God.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may be attempting to take root in your heart. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We stand against any wickedness or evil plans devised against you, whether seen or unseen. The Lord is your refuge and fortress, and in Him, you will find safety (Psalm 91:2). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment will be condemned.
We also want to encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). This season may feel uncertain, but God is faithful, and His plans for you are for good and not for harm, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Continue to seek Him in prayer and in His Word, allowing His peace to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We ask that You would go before this dear one, making the crooked places straight and the rough places smooth. Grant them wisdom, patience, and perseverance as they navigate this season. Surround them with Your angels, that no harm may come near them. We pray for a breakthrough in their job situation, for doors to open that no man can shut, and for Your provision to be evident in every area of their life. May they experience Your goodness and faithfulness in tangible ways, and may their testimony bring glory to Your name. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You. Amen.
