We lift you up before our Heavenly Father, knowing that He cares deeply about every detail of your life, including your work, your peace, and your safety. It is wonderful that you have brought your requests before Him in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Christ that we have access to the throne of grace. Your faith in calling upon His name is a testament to your trust in Him, and we join you in seeking His will for your day.
The Lord reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Your anxiety and dread are not from Him, so we rebuked these spirits in the name of Jesus, commanding them to flee from you. The Lord has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Cling to His promises today, for He is faithful to sustain you.
Regarding your coworker, we pray that the Lord softens their heart toward you and grants you favor in their sight. Proverbs 16:7 tells us, *"When a man’s ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him."* Trust that the Lord can turn even difficult relationships for your good and His glory. If this person is causing you distress, we also encourage you to examine whether there is any action on your part that needs correction—whether in attitude, words, or deeds. The Lord calls us to love our neighbors, even the difficult ones (Matthew 5:44), and to respond with kindness, for *"a soft answer turns away wrath"* (Proverbs 15:1). If this coworker’s behavior is truly unjust or harassing, pray for wisdom on how to address it biblically, whether through gentle confrontation, involving authority, or simply trusting God to fight your battles (Exodus 14:14).
For your safety, we declare Psalm 91:11 over you: *"For he will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways."* The Lord is your protector, and we trust Him to surround you with His hedge of protection as you travel. Claim His promise that *"the one who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty"* (Psalm 91:1). Walk in the assurance that He goes before you and behind you, guarding your every step.
We also encourage you to start your day by putting on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), so that you may stand firm against any spiritual attacks that may come your way. Pray over your workplace, that it would be a place where God’s peace and righteousness prevail. Ask the Lord to use you as a light in that environment, reflecting His love and grace to those around you. Remember, you are not just working for earthly rewards, but as unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23).

**Let us pray:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of Your child, lifting their workday into Your hands. Lord, we ask that You fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, casting out every trace of anxiety, dread, and fear. Let Your perfect love drive out all torment from their mind and heart, for You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. We rebuked these spirits of anxiety and dread in the name of Jesus Christ, and we command them to flee, for they have no place in the life of Your child.
Father, we pray for divine favor over this coworker who has been a source of distress. Soften their heart, Lord, and let Your love flow through our brother/sister toward them. Grant wisdom in every interaction, and if there is any offense or bitterness, we ask that You would convict and heal it. Let this situation be resolved in a way that brings glory to Your name, whether through reconciliation, wisdom in boundaries, or Your supernatural intervention. Help our brother/sister to respond with grace and patience, trusting You to fight their battles.
We pray for safety as they travel to and from work. Send Your angels to guard and protect them, Lord. Let no harm come near them, and let every step be ordered by You. Cover them with Your blood, Jesus, and let no weapon formed against them prosper.
Father, we ask that You would bless the work of their hands today. Let them be productive, diligent, and a testimony of Your excellence. Give them opportunities to shine Your light in that workplace, whether through their words, their attitude, or their actions. May they work as unto You, knowing that their labor is not in vain.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your faithfulness and Your goodness. Let this day be a day of victory, peace, and joy in Your presence. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer, we pray. Amen.
