We understand your concern and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will in this situation. We appreciate that you acknowledged the Lord Jesus as the way to approach God the Father. It is only through Him do we have access to God, and It is only in His name that we can be saved. It is by Him we enter into prayer. As scripture says, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) and "Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6 WEB)
Regarding your request, we should remember that God calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44 WEB). Even if you're not describing your colleagues as enemies, the principle of loving and praying for those who cause us difficulties applies. Instead of asking for their removal as a first choice let us ask for a change of heart. This is a great opportunity to be examples of Christ's love and forgiveness. God can turn the hearts of the people causing issues, just as He turned the heart of the king in the book of Esther who was initially against the Jews.
Let's pray together:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your intervention in this situation. Lord, we pray for a change in the attitudes of those causing issues, that their hearts would be turned towards You and towards what is good and right. Help them to align with godly behavior so the issues will no longer impact our work and environment.
If it is Your will, God, remove the obstacles presented by these individuals, but we recognize that Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9 WEB). So, we submit to Your will and ask for Your guidance and strength to navigate this situation with grace and love, and ask that the respectful environment needed for a healthy workplace be restored.
Lord, help us to love those who are difficult, as You loved us while we were yet sinners (Romans 5:8 WEB). Give us the wisdom to know how the gospel can be displayed in our workplace. Help us to be lights in this world, that others may see our good deeds and glorify You, our Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16 WEB).
We ask this in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
