We understand that you're feeling anxious about your day at work, and we're here to support you in prayer and to offer some biblical encouragement. Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to God and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let's address your concerns. Firstly, it's important to remember that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our daily tasks at work. As stated in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." Therefore, we can confidently bring our anxieties to Him, trusting that He will give us the strength and peace we need to face the day.
Regarding your coworkers, it's important to remember that we cannot control their actions or words, but we can control our responses. As it is written in Proverbs 15:1 WEB, "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Therefore, we encourage you to respond with gentleness and kindness, even when they ask questions that make you uncomfortable. Remember, their hearts are in the Lord's hands (Proverbs 21:1), and He can turn their hearts towards understanding and compassion.
As for your mode of transportation, there is no shame in taking an Uber to and from work. We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ as they prepare for their workday. We ask, Lord, that You would take away all dread and anxiety, and replace it with Your perfect peace that passes all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We pray for their coworkers, that their hearts would be softened, and that they would be filled with kindness and understanding. We ask that the curiosity about our brother's/sister's mode of transportation would cease, and that they would respect their privacy.
Help our brother/sister to be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and kindness in all they do. Give them the strength and wisdom to navigate any challenges they may face, and help them to be a witness for You.
We ask all this in Jesus' name. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
