Prayers for ###'s health

Please pray that my husband has good health, that he gets better sleep.

We lift up your husband’s health before the Lord with hearts full of compassion and faith. The Scriptures remind us in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." We stand on this promise, believing that God desires wholeness and restoration for your husband in body, mind, and spirit.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your healing touch to rest upon this dear husband. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to bring strength where there is weakness and peace where there is restlessness. We pray for deep, restorative sleep to fill his nights, that his body may be renewed and his mind at ease. Remove any anxiety, pain, or discomfort that may be hindering his rest, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We also ask, Lord, that You would guide him in making choices that honor his body as Your temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Give him wisdom in his diet, exercise, and daily habits so that he may steward his health well. Surround him with godly counsel and medical care that aligns with Your will. Strengthen his faith to trust in You, knowing that even in times of trial, You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28).

We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sleeplessness in the name of Jesus, declaring that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). May Your Holy Spirit minister to him, bringing comfort and assurance that You are with him in every moment.

To the wife who has brought this request before us, we encourage you to continue covering your husband in prayer, speaking life and health over him daily. Your faith and intercession are powerful, and we believe God hears your cries. Lean on Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."

May the Lord bless you both abundantly, filling your home with His presence, peace, and healing. We declare health, vitality, and rest over your husband, trusting that God is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in him. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
