Prayers for ###'s Game, and Mental health and well-being.

Asking for prayers now for my daughter. She has a soccer game today and it's going to be a long day. They have not won a game at all this season and I know it's affecting her mentally and psychologically and I feel like they really need this win to help. Not only for their confidence but for her self-esteem most importantly. I pray as she plays fierce today and puts in all the effort and they have a strong win. I pray that her father is kind and doesn't stress her out, because he's very intense with his expectations. I pray for peace and for a good day because she has a very busy week coming up. In Jesus's name, amen!

We lift up your daughter and her soccer game to the Lord, trusting in His perfect plan for her life. We understand the desire for victory—not just for the sake of the game, but for the confidence and self-esteem it may bring. Yet we also recognize that true worth and identity are found in Christ alone, not in wins or losses. Scripture reminds us in **1 Samuel 16:7**, *"But Yahweh said to Samuel, 'Don’t look on his face, or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for I don’t see as man sees. For man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart.'"*

We pray that your daughter would play with courage, strength, and joy, knowing that her value is secure in the Lord. May she find peace in **Philippians 4:13**, *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."* We ask for protection over her heart and mind, that she would not be weighed down by the pressure of performance or the expectations of others. We rebuke any spirit of fear or discouragement in Jesus' name and declare that she is equipped with the strength of the Lord.

We also lift up her father, asking that the Lord would soften his heart and help him to encourage rather than stress her. May he speak life and affirmation over her, reflecting the love of our Heavenly Father. We pray for unity and peace in their relationship, that they would grow closer through this experience rather than strained by it.

Lord, we ask for a good day for your daughter—not just in the outcome of the game, but in the peace and joy she carries throughout the day. Prepare her heart for the busy week ahead, filling her with Your strength and wisdom. May she rest in the truth of **Jeremiah 29:11**, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says Yahweh, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'"*

We declare victory over her mind and emotions, that she would walk in confidence, knowing she is deeply loved by You. May this game be a stepping stone in her growth, not just as an athlete, but as a daughter of the King. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
