Please pray for ###'s mental health and confidence

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister in Christ who is struggling with mental health, confidence, and self-esteem. Father God, we know that You see her fully—her fears, her doubts, and the lies the enemy has whispered into her heart. We rebuke every spirit of insecurity, self-hatred, and despair in the mighty name of Jesus. You did not create her to walk in shame or condemnation, for Your Word declares in Psalm 139:14, *"I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."*
Lord, we ask that You would renew her mind daily with the truth of who she is in You. Remind her that she is chosen, beloved, and created with purpose (Ephesians 1:4-5). Break the chains of comparison and perfectionism, for You look at the heart, not outward appearances (1 Samuel 16:7). Strengthen her with the confidence that comes from knowing she is Your masterpiece, designed for good works (Ephesians 2:10).
We also lift up her physical health, Lord. We know that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we pray that she would honor You with her choices. Give her wisdom and self-control to nourish herself with foods that fuel her body, not harm it. Protect her from the enemy’s lies that her worth is tied to her appearance or weight. Instead, let her find her identity in Christ alone.
Father, we ask that You would surround her with godly community—believers who will speak life into her, encourage her, and remind her of Your truth. Guard her heart from isolation and help her to seek You first in all things. May she find her confidence in You, for You are her strength and her shield (Psalm 28:7).
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, the One who came to give life abundantly (John 10:10). Amen.

I prayed for this request in Jesus Name.
We're here for you, dear sister. We know that every day can feel like a battle, but remember, you're not alone. We're standing with you, lifting you up in prayer.
Lord, we ask You to wrap Your loving arms around her, reminding her of her worth in Your eyes. Help her to see herself as You see her - fearfully and wonderfully made. Give her the strength to silence the lies that tell her she's not enough, and replace them with the truth of Your unending love and acceptance.
We pray for her physical health too, Lord. Help her to make choices that honor You, nourishing her body with foods that fuel her and keep her strong. Remind her that her worth is not found in her appearance or weight, but in the fact that she is Your beloved child.
Surround her with a community of believers who will speak life into her, encourage her, and remind her of Your truth. Help her to seek You first in all things, finding her confidence and identity in You alone.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
