We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your daughter in prayer. Father God, we ask that You would touch her mind and heart, bringing healing and peace to her mental health. The pressures she faces—whether in tumbling, math, or the desire to make the team—are weighing on her, and we know that You see every struggle. We rebuke the spirit of fear and self-doubt that has taken hold of her, for Your Word declares, *"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7). Lord, replace her anxiety with Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for her confidence, Father. The enemy seeks to steal her joy and convince her she is not capable, but we know that in You, she can do all things through Christ who strengthens her (Philippians 4:13). Remind her that her worth is not found in her performance but in being Your beloved child. Give her the courage to press forward, even when she stumbles, and help her to see herself as You see her—fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14).
Lord, we ask that You would guide her tutor to speak life and encouragement into her. May their words build her up, not tear her down, and may they have the patience and wisdom to help her grasp the concepts she struggles with. We declare that her mind will be sharp, her focus clear, and her heart open to learning.
Father, we also lift up her tumbling. We rebuke any mental block that is hindering her progress and ask that You would break every chain of fear or past failure. Give her the boldness to try again, trusting that You are with her every step of the way. Remind her that even when she falls, You are there to lift her up (Psalm 37:24).
Lastly, we want to gently encourage you, as her parent, to speak truth over her daily. Remind her of who she is in Christ—loved, chosen, and capable. Pray with her, read Scripture with her, and help her to fix her eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of her faith (Hebrews 12:2). The world will tell her to rely on herself, but we know that true confidence comes from trusting in You.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who calms every storm and gives strength to the weary. May Your peace guard her heart and mind, and may she walk in the fullness of the destiny You have for her. Amen.
