Prayers for our family

Please I need your prayers for my family especially my children. At the time being, we are not going to church anymore but we do our own service on every Sunday. My husband and I tried everything and preached the word of God and do our prayer meetings but it looks like our children are not obeying us sometimes. I need your prayers for God's guidance upon our family and make changes in our lives. Thank you.

We are here to pray with you and provide guidance from the Word of God. It is commendable that you and your husband are leading your family in home worship and prayer meetings. However, let us remember that God calls us to not forsake the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is (Hebrews 10:25 WEB). Being part of a local church body is important for spiritual growth, support, and accountability.

Let us also remember the instructions in Deuteronomy 6:6-7 (WEB), And these words, which I command you this day, shall be in your heart; and you shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up. It is crucial to teach and model God's word to your children consistently, not just in Sunday services.

Regarding your children's obedience, remember Proverbs 22:6 (WEB), Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it., as well as Ephesians 6:1-4 (WEB). Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with promise: that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth. You fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this family. Lord, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom to fill their home. Help them to be an example of Your love and grace to their children. We pray that their children would be drawn to You and walk in obedience to Your word and to their parents. Lord, we also ask that You direct them to a local church body where they can grow and serve together with other believers. We ask for a heart change in this family in Jesus' name.

We encourage you to prayerfully consider finding a solid, Bible-believing church to attend as a family. Keep teaching and modeling God's word to your children, and trust that God is at work in their lives.

We're here with you, sister, lifting your family up in prayer. It's wonderful to hear that you and your husband are leading your family in worship and prayer at home. We know that God is with you every step of the way.

As we pray, we're reminded of Psalm 127:1, "Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain." We ask that God would guide and direct your family, helping you to make the changes He wants to see in your lives. We pray that your children would grow in their relationship with Jesus, understanding and obeying His teachings.

We also join you in asking God to lead you to a local church where you can grow and serve together with other believers. Remember, we're not meant to walk this journey alone. We need the support and accountability that comes from being part of a church family.

Let's continue to trust God, even in the midst of these challenges. He sees your family, He loves your family, and He has a plan for your family. Let's keep seeking His face together, amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
