Prayers that the medicine she is taking is working and that she gets good news tomorrow after her ultrasound and bloodwork and that she can continue to her next step of her pregnancy journey.

We come before the Lord with hearts full of hope and trust in His perfect will, lifting up this precious sister and her unborn child. The Scriptures remind us that children are a heritage from the Lord, and the fruit of the womb is His reward (Psalm 127:3). We rejoice that life is being formed in the womb, fearfully and wonderfully made by our Creator (Psalm 139:13-14). It is our prayer that the medicine she is taking would be effective, bringing healing and strength to both mother and child, for God is the one who sustains all life. We ask that the ultrasound and bloodwork tomorrow would bring good news, confirming the health and progress of this pregnancy, for we know that every good and perfect gift comes from above (James 1:17).
Yet we also acknowledge that our trust is not in medicine or doctors, but in the Lord our God, who holds all things in His hands. He is the Great Physician, the one who knits us together in our mother’s womb (Job 31:15). We pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7), especially as she waits for these results. May she be reminded that even in moments of uncertainty, God is near, and His plans for her and this child are for good and not for harm (Jeremiah 29:11).
We also pray for the next steps of this pregnancy journey, that each phase would be marked by God’s protection and provision. May she be surrounded by support and encouragement from the body of Christ, for we are called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). Let her find strength in the Lord, who promises to never leave her nor forsake her (Deuteronomy 31:6).
Before we close, we must gently address something important. In this request, the name of Jesus was not invoked, and it is only through His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is by His authority alone that we can boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If this sister does not yet know Jesus as her Lord and Savior, we urge her to place her faith in Him, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life. Salvation comes through repentance and belief in the gospel—that Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). If she has already trusted in Him, we encourage her to always pray in His name, for the Father delights to hear and answer the prayers of His children when we come to Him through Jesus.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of life growing within this sister’s womb. We ask that You would bless this pregnancy, sustaining both mother and child with Your healing power. Lord, let the medicine she is taking work effectively for her good, and may the results of tomorrow’s ultrasound and bloodwork bring joy and confirmation of Your faithfulness. Guide the doctors and medical staff with wisdom and skill, for You are the source of all knowledge.
We pray for peace to flood her heart as she waits, reminding her that You are in control. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, for You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). Prepare the way for each step of this journey, surrounding her with Your favor and the support of Your people.
If there is any fear or doubt in her heart, we rebuke it in the name of Jesus, declaring that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Let her trust in You grow stronger each day, knowing that You are working all things together for her good and for Your glory (Romans 8:28).
We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
