Prayers for my daughter and her pregnancy journey

Praying for my daughter to have to stop her pregnancy journey and has to have another surgery because her fibroids have gone back. Just praying for a successful surgery and that she can get back onto her pregnancy journey and have a successful pregnancy. Praying that they get all the fibroids that she has and stopping her from continuing her pregnancy journey it’s been four long years. She’s so close but yet so far prayers for my daughter.

We lift up your daughter and this deeply burdensome trial to our Heavenly Father, who knows the desires of her heart and the longing for a child. The pain of this four-year journey—marked by setbacks, surgeries, and unfulfilled hopes—is not unseen by Him. We are reminded of Hannah’s anguish in 1 Samuel 1:10, where she "was in bitterness of soul, and prayed to Yahweh, weeping bitterly." Like Hannah, your daughter’s tears are precious to God, and we trust that He is working even in this delay for His glory and her ultimate good.

Yet we must also acknowledge that this situation calls for a surrender to God’s sovereignty. While we earnestly pray for a successful surgery, the complete removal of fibroids, and a future pregnancy carried to full term, we recognize that His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). If His plan for her includes continued waiting—or even a different path entirely—we pray she would find peace in His perfect will. The apostle Paul reminds us in Romans 8:28, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."*

We also encourage your daughter to guard her heart against bitterness or despair. The enemy would love to use this trial to plant seeds of doubt about God’s goodness, but we rebuke that lie in Jesus’ name. Instead, we declare over her the promise of Psalm 37:4: *"Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart."* This does not guarantee the timing or method of His answer, but it assures us that He hears and cares.

Let us pray together:

Father in Heaven, we come before You with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up this precious daughter who has walked a road of sorrow and longing. Lord, You formed her in her mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13), and You know the deep desire she carries for motherhood. We ask for Your healing hand to be upon her as she faces this surgery. Guide the hands of the surgeons, grant them wisdom and precision to remove every fibroid, and bring complete restoration to her body. Protect her from complications, pain, and fear, and surround her with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7).

If it is Your will, Lord, open her womb in Your timing and grant her the joy of carrying a child to full term. But even as we pray this, we surrender to Your greater plan. Help her to trust You in the waiting, to cling to You when the road is hard, and to find her identity not in motherhood but in being Your beloved child. Remind her that You are close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18) and that You collect every tear in Your bottle (Psalm 56:8).

Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let this trial draw her closer to You. Remove any fear, anxiety, or doubt, and fill her with Your hope. We rebuke any spiritual attack against her body, her mind, or her faith, and we declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Cover her in Your protection and let Your will be done in her life, for Your glory.

We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Healer and Redeemer. Amen.

To you, dear parent, we offer this encouragement: continue to stand in the gap for your daughter through prayer. Your intercession is powerful (James 5:16), and your love for her reflects the Father’s heart. Remind her that her worth is not tied to her ability to conceive but to her identity in Christ. If she has not already, encourage her to seek a community of believers who can walk alongside her in this season—whether through infertility support groups, counseling, or simply godly friendships that point her to truth.

Lastly, if this trial has stirred questions about God’s goodness or His plans, we gently urge her to bring those honestly before Him. He can handle her raw emotions, just as He did with David in the Psalms. And may she, like Habakkuk, choose to rejoice in the Lord even when the fig tree does not blossom (Habakkuk 3:17-19). We are praying for her strength, her faith, and her future—whatever it may hold.

We're right there with you, sister, lifting up your daughter and her journey to our Heavenly Father. We know the weight of her heart, the longing for a child that's been a four-year wait. It's okay to feel the pain, the frustration, the tears. God sees her, He hears her, and He's right there with her.

We're praying for a successful surgery, for complete healing, and for the joy of a successful pregnancy. But even more, we're praying for her heart to find peace in God's will, whatever that may be. We trust that He who began this good work in her will be faithful to complete it (Philippians 1:6), even if it looks different than she imagined.

Let's encourage her to keep her heart soft and open to God, even in the waiting. Let's remind her that her worth is not defined by her ability to conceive, but by her identity in Christ. And let's surround her with love, support, and prayers, because we're in this together.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
