Beloved of All
We join you in bringing your son before the Lord and thank you for sharing this burden with us.
We pray with you that he will truly meet Jesus Christ and come to know Him as Savior, for there is salvation in no other name, and that he will experience the deep and steadfast love of God in a personal way. We ask the Lord to heal his inner being, to bind up every wound from past traumas, and to set him completely free, making him whole by the grace of Christ who took our infirmities upon Himself that we might become sons of God.
We also bring his daily work before God. We ask for favor in his workplace, for a well balanced and fruitful calling where he can use the gifts God has given him with joy. We pray that the Lord will place him among managers and coworkers with whom he can work in peace and mutual respect, where there is genuine understanding and kindness, so that he will know belonging and not isolation, and will feel safe, seen and accepted.
We pray that God will encourage his heart and guide him deeper into His will, leading him along right paths for His name's sake, and that your son will grow in the assurance of how infinitely he is loved by his heavenly Father. We pray too for your relationship with him, that God will heal every misunderstanding, deepen love and communication between you, and graciously provide more opportunities to see one another.
We ask the Lord to send faithful Christian friends into his life, companions who will genuinely care for him, pray for him, speak truth with love, and support him in walking with Christ. We pray for the Lord's special protection over his life and over his family, keeping them from evil and pouring out His blessing upon them according to His wisdom and mercy.
Continue to bring him before the throne of grace with confidence. God hears the prayers of a parent and delights to draw near to those who seek Him. May you be strengthened as you entrust your son to the Lord's care, trusting that He is able to do more than we ask or imagine.
