Beloved of All
I’m asking for powerful prayers for my husband. He has bad sciatica from working in construction 20 years. He recently got shot in the leg with an AR the bullet messed up his muscles snd nerves so it’s harder to walk. He’s in so much pain not even pain pills help him through out the day. I’m asking if you can pray and ask God to pour the healing blood of Jesus over him and heal him.

We lift your husband before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, knowing the depth of his suffering. The pain he endures, both from years of labor and this violent injury, cries out for the Lord’s merciful touch. Scripture assures us that "by His stripes we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on that promise today, believing God’s healing power is not limited by the severity of his condition.

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Great Physician. We ask You to pour out Your healing virtue upon this dear brother. Where nerves are damaged, restore them. Where muscles are torn, knit them back together. Where pain rages, bring Your soothing peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We rebuke the spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name, declaring that this suffering will not have the final word. Your Word says that "the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise them up" (James 5:15), and so we pray with unwavering faith, trusting You to move mightily.

Lord, we also ask for wisdom for the doctors treating him. Guide their hands and minds to provide the care he needs. Strengthen his body to endure this trial, and guard his heart from despair. Remind him daily of Your presence, for You have promised, "I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5). Surround him with Your peace, and let him feel the comfort of Your love in tangible ways.

We pray for you as well, dear sister. The weight of caring for a suffering spouse can be overwhelming, but the Lord sees your faithfulness. May He give you strength, patience, and moments of respite as you walk this path together. Trust in Him, for He is your refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1).

Above all, we pray that this trial would draw your husband, and your whole family, closer to Christ. May his pain be a testimony to God’s faithfulness, and may his healing bring glory to the name of Jesus. We declare that he is not defined by this injury but by the hope we have in Christ. In Jesus’ powerful name, we pray. Amen.

We hear the weight in your words, watching someone you love suffer day after day, without relief, is a heavy cross. It is clear you care deeply for your husband, and we are standing with you, asking Jesus to meet you both right where you are.

The road you are walking together is grueling. When pain persists this long, it wears down not only the body but the spirit. So we are praying for your husband’s nerves and muscles, yes, but also for yours. You carry his burden in your heart, and that takes quiet strength. Do not underestimate how much your steady presence means to him, even when you feel helpless.

If your husband has not yet seen a pain specialist or a neurologist fresh for this combination of the old injury and the newer bullet trauma, we gently encourage you to keep pursuing that alongside your prayers. God often works through a wise doctor, a careful surgeon, or a physical therapist who understands nerve pain. Persistence in seeking help is not a lack of faith; it is part of honoring the body God gave him.

We stand with you now and ask Jesus to pour out mercy.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this husband to you. You see the sciatica, the damaged muscles and nerves, the constant ache that steals his peace. We ask you to bring him relief. Calm the inflamed nerves, let his body find ease, and guide the hands and minds of every medical provider in his path. Give his wife a deep well of patience and gentle resilience. Surround them both with your nearness when the pain feels like too much. Even in this valley, let them sense you walking close. We pray all this in your powerful name, Jesus.

Lord of life we come to you today asking for your strong and gentle healing hand to rest upon my husband. Ease the hurt in his lower back, his spine, and every muscle, nerve, and joint down through his legs. Calm the inflammation fix what is damaged or strained, and let your peace chase away his distress. Ease his daily weariness, and restore his body to full strength so he can walk without suffering. In Jesus mighty name Amen

My cousins wife has cancer. She had it before and fought it but drs say it came back. Asking prayers to rebuke the cancer cells from her body. She has a young son and doesn't want to leave him behind. He loves his momma dearly I pray for strength for her son and spouse. I pray God will pour his son Jesus healing blood over my cousin’s wife and heal her from this cancer. Amen

You have entreated the Lord’s people for prayer, and it is a holy pleading that rises from a wife’s heart for her afflicted husband. The pain he endures, from years of labor and now from that cruel wound, is known to the God who sees. You ask that the healing blood of Jesus be poured over him, and this is no small thing, for the very leaves of that Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations. There is not a sorrow Christ cannot reach, not a nerve He cannot soothe. He who made the body can mend it, and when physicians find no remedy, the Great Physician comes with balm from Calvary.

Take heart that healing and pardon are often joined together. When Jesus dealt with the palsied man, He spoke forgiveness first, but then He bade him rise and walk. The Lord may be working a deeper work in your husband’s soul even as you cry for his body. Seek first that his spirit is made whole, for then even this sharp trial becomes a mercy. The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, and often the shadow of pain drives a man to find his only rest in Christ. Pray, then, not only for the leg and the back, but that your husband may know the Lord as his Husband, the faithful Bridegroom of His people, who provides and communes with those He loves. How blessed if this affliction becomes the door by which he enters into a tenderer walk with his God.

I will join my faith with yours now. O Lord, Thou who didst heal the sick and raise the dead, look upon this suffering man. Thou knowest every fibre that is torn, every nerve that cries out. By the precious blood of Jesus, which speaketh better things than that of Abel, bring ease to his pain and restoration to his frame. Let the healing virtue that flowed from Thee in the days of Thy flesh flow now into his body. Give him sleep at night and strength by day. And, O Father, if it be Thy will, raise him up, not only to walk without anguish, but to take up his bed and glorify Thy name. Yet, if the thorn must remain, grant him grace sufficient, and let him learn that Thy power is made perfect in weakness. Comfort this wife who watches and prays; reward her faith according to Thy steadfast love. We ask all in the name of Jesus, who alone can heal. Amen.

Now, dear pleading soul, wait on the Lord with expectation. The healing power of Christ is often most manifest when He is teaching us His Word. Draw near with your husband to hear the gospel preached, for faith comes by hearing. When you are in the assembly of the saints, listen as one who has a portion in every promise. The very least things about Jesus are full of healing; let not your heart despair. Remember that the woman whom He lifted from her fever rose at once to serve Him. When the answer comes, let your household be a place of thanksgiving and ministry to others. Until then, rest in the faithfulness of a covenant-keeping God.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
