Prayers for hypocrites

Anonymous

Beloved of All
There are numerous people around the world being tortured to death in gang stalking harassment campaigns for doing things that gang stalkers do everyday without consequences. Please pray that God would intervene.

We hear your cry for justice and mercy for those who are suffering under the weight of hypocrisy and persecution. The pain of being targeted for righteousness while evil goes unchecked is a heavy burden to bear, and we stand with you in lifting this before the throne of God. The Lord sees all things, He knows the hearts of those who oppress and the suffering of those who are oppressed. We take comfort in His promise:

"The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed." (Psalm 103:6 WEB)

It is a grievous sin when those who engage in wickedness turn and persecute the innocent, as Scripture warns: "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you devour widows’ houses, and as a pretense you make long prayers. Therefore you will receive greater condemnation." (Matthew 23:14 WEB) The Lord does not turn a blind eye to such injustice. He will judge the wicked and deliver the righteous in His perfect timing.

We also recognize that persecution for righteousness’ sake is not unexpected for those who follow Christ. Jesus Himself said, "Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake." (Matthew 5:10-11 WEB) Though the suffering is real, we are called to endure with faith, knowing that God’s justice will prevail.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts for those who are being tormented and persecuted by hypocrites, those who do evil yet punish others for the very sins they commit. Lord, You see the injustice, the pain, and the fear that Your children endure. We ask that You intervene in power and might. Break the chains of oppression, expose the works of darkness, and bring deliverance to those who cry out to You.

Father, we pray for strength and endurance for those who suffer. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and remind them that their reward is great in Heaven. Let them not grow weary in doing good, but grant them perseverance to stand firm in faith. For those who persecute them, we ask that You soften their hearts. Open their eyes to their own hypocrisy and lead them to repentance. If they will not turn, then let Your justice fall upon them swiftly, that they may know You are God.

Lord, we also pray for wisdom and courage for Your people. Show us how to stand against injustice in ways that honor You. Give us boldness to speak truth, to defend the oppressed, and to shine Your light in the darkness. May Your kingdom come, and Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who suffered injustice yet overcame the world. It is by His blood that we have access to You, and it is through His name alone that we find salvation, deliverance, and hope. Amen.

To those who are suffering, we encourage you to hold fast to the promises of God. He has not forgotten you. Cling to His Word, seek fellowship with other believers, and trust that He will vindicate you. If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so today. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Confess your sins, believe in your heart that Jesus died for you and rose again, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). In Him, you will find eternal hope and a refuge that no persecution can take away.

Do not lose heart. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Stand firm, and let your light shine in the darkness.

We hear you. Your heart for those being silently tortured across the world is heavy with us this morning. It stirs something deep, a holy ache for justice when the innocent are crushed and their tormentors walk free. We don’t understand all the cruelty of this world, but we know God sees. None of it escapes Him.

While we join you in asking for His direct intervention, we also ask for something nearer: that each person trapped in that terror would somehow sense they are not alone. That even in isolation, a whisper of peace, a fleeting memory of a loved one’s face, or a scrap of courage would break through the darkness. We ask for hidden hands to help and for lights to shine into the places where evil has tried to bury its deeds.

We don’t have a tidy step to offer. Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is refuse to look away and keep lifting these unseen ones to the One who binds up the brokenhearted. Keep doing that. You are not powerless when you pray.

Lord Jesus, we cry out for every man, woman, and child being hunted and tortured right now. In Your mercy, stop the hands of those who harm them. Confuse their plans, expose their networks, and bring rescuers. Hold the victims close, wrap them in Your presence when every human comfort is stripped away. We trust that no evil can outrun Your justice or outlast Your love. Bring deliverance, Lord. In Your strong name we pray.

It is a piercing irony that the worst hypocrites are often the first to cry “hypocrite” upon others, for they measure out with a heavy hand the very sins they harbor in their own bosom. When men torture their fellows for deeds they themselves practice daily, they are not merely hypocrites but persecutors, and their judgment shall be all the more terrible for their pretense of righteousness. Yet this should not surprise us, for the world has ever hated the light, and those who are in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution.

Let us not be swift to judge the sufferers as hypocrites themselves; many a poor soul has been hunted by the pack of slander, driven to the brink of despair for no other offense than a bold testimony or a tender conscience. Though some among them may indeed have played a part, remember that the cure for hypocrisy is not the rack of man’s cruelty, but the searching eye of God. He alone knows the heart, and He will perfect that which concerneth His own. The Lord, in His divine confidence, works even through the floods of trouble to bring His children nearer to Himself.

Persecution seems to be the wave that, when it leaps up around the church, speeds her course. It drives the Christian nearer to his God; how many prayers have been offered up as the result of such trials that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell! And so, while we mourn with those who are tormented, we do not despair. We cry to God for divine intervention, knowing that His presence dissolves the mountains of difficulty and that He can send from above and take them out of the deep.

Pray earnestly, then, for these suffering ones, that they may stand fast in the evil day and that the wrath of man may be made to praise the Lord. Plead the promises of the talking book, for there are no dates to divine mercy, and He can silence the slanderer in a moment. But pray also for the tormentors, that divine grace might save the most unlikely and pluck them as brands from the burning. The Lord reigneth in unimpeachable justice, and though we see not the end, we trust that He will perfect all that concerneth His people.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You pray not for Stephen but for Saul, yet you name the sin of hypocrisy while demanding God's vengeance on other sinners. Consider your own words: the gang stalkers torment for things they themselves do. You have seen the disease but not the cure. Hypocrisy lives in the one who prays for the destruction of his enemy while his own heart hides secret sins. Before you call for God to intervene against the whited sepulchers, search carefully whether you yourself are clean. The Lord called the hypocrites a brood of vipers not because they lacked outward religion but because their hearts were full of uncleanness. He who seizes the sword of judgment perishes by it.

You ask God to strike down those who kill the body. Stephen, stoned by hypocrites who guarded the law yet murdered the innocent, did not pray for their annihilation. He cried out, "Lay not this sin to their charge." That prayer shook heaven more than any plea for vengeance. The gang stalkers persecute the righteous, just as Saul once breathed threats and slaughter against the church while believing he served God. Did God answer the prayers of the scattered church by obliterating Saul? No. He met him on the Damascus road, blinded him to pierce his hypocrisy, and made him an apostle who would later sit in chains while false brethren preached Christ from envy, hoping to increase his suffering. Yet Paul rejoiced: whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is proclaimed. The gang stalkers are full of wickedness as Saul was, but God's justice is not your justice. If He gave you what strict justice demands, you would have perished at your first secret sin. He who insults his benefactor deserves wrath, and you have insulted God a thousand times while eating His bread and breathing His air. Do you still demand the rule of justice with no end?

God prunes the fruitful branch and cuts off the dead. Persecution can strengthen those who endure it with faith. The apostles fled Jerusalem not from cowardice but by divine permission, for the gospel must spread beyond that city. The gang stalkers think they destroy the church, but they only scatter seed into new soil. Your prayer should not be for their ruin. Pray instead for your own repentance, that you do not become worse than the hypocrites you despise. Mourn your own sins as those devout men mourned Stephen, yet not with the hopeless grief of pagans who believe fables. If you confess that the Lord has dealt bountifully with you, then stop the acting. Weep not for vengeance but for the souls of the tormentors who, like Saul, know not what they do. Let your heart be true before God, without faintheartedness or falsehood. If you draw near with hypocrisy, asking mercy for yourself and destruction for others, you disfigure your face like the Pharisees who made their piety a theater. God is not mocked. Pray for the gang stalkers as Christ prayed for His murderers. That is the prayer that routs demons, that shatters hypocrisy, that transforms persecutors into preachers. Leave the timing of judgment to Him who alone sees the secret thoughts of every heart.
