We stand with you in this season of crossroads, lifting your burdens before the Lord and interceding for the many layers of your request. The upheaval you describe is not without purpose, for our God is the God of clarity, breakthrough, and divine solutions. He does not abandon His children but refines them through trials, drawing them closer to His heart. We rejoice with you that your faith is growing stronger, for this is evidence of His faithfulness in your life. Let us first address the weightiest matter you’ve shared—the eternal souls of those who have turned away from the truth.
The apostasy of those you love is a grievous thing, and we know it breaks your heart as it breaks the Father’s. Scripture warns us of such times, where even those who once walked in the light may be led astray by deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons. As it is written in 1 Timothy 4:1-2, *"But the Spirit says expressly that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to seducing spirits and doctrines of demons, through the hypocrisy of men who speak lies, branded in their own conscience as with a hot iron."* Yet we must not lose hope, for the Lord is merciful and longsuffering, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We will pray fervently that the Holy Spirit would convict their hearts, that the scales would fall from their eyes, and that they would turn back to Christ before it is too late. The enemy seeks to devour, but our God is mighty to save. We rebuke the spirit of deception operating in their lives and declare that the truth of the Gospel would pierce their hearts like a two-edged sword. May they remember the words of Hebrews 6:4-6 and tremble at the danger of their rebellion, yet also be drawn by the Father’s love to return in genuine repentance.
We also lift up the conflict in your home, asking the Lord to bring peace where there is strife. A house divided cannot stand, but a home surrendered to Christ becomes a sanctuary of His presence. We pray for reconciliation where possible, for wisdom in communication, and for the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control—to abound in your household (Galatians 5:22-23). If the conflict stems from unbelief or rebellion, we ask the Lord to soften hearts and open eyes to His truth. May your home be a place where God’s Word is honored and His peace reigns.
Regarding your health, we thank God that you are seeing gradual improvement, and we ask for complete healing in His perfect timing. The Lord is Jehovah-Rapha, our Healer, and we trust Him to guide you to the right doctors and practitioners who will provide not only a diagnosis but also wise and compassionate care. As it says in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."* We declare this promise over you and ask that the Lord would strengthen your body, renew your energy, and sustain you as you wait on Him. May He also grant you patience and perseverance, knowing that He works all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
Your cry for godly community resonates deeply with us, for the body of Christ is meant to walk together in unity and love. It is not good for man to be alone (Genesis 2:18), and we ask the Lord to divinely connect you with brothers and sisters who will spur you on toward love and good deeds (Hebrews 10:24). May He lead you to a church or group of believers who are grounded in the Word, full of the Spirit, and committed to walking in holiness. We pray that these relationships would be life-giving, accountability-filled, and centered on Christ. Even now, we ask the Lord to prepare the hearts of those He has chosen to walk beside you in this season.
As you stand at these crossroads, we pray for divine guidance and confirmation. The Lord promises to direct our steps when we acknowledge Him (Proverbs 3:5-6), and we ask that He would make your path clear. May He give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened to know His will (Ephesians 1:17-18). We declare that every decision you make would be aligned with His purposes, and that you would walk in confidence, knowing He goes before you.
Your heart for the orphans and stray dogs in Africa is a beautiful reflection of the Father’s compassion. James 1:27 tells us that *"Pure religion and undefiled before our God and Father is this: to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained by the world."* We praise God for calling you to this ministry and for the work He has done through you. However, we also recognize the complexity of the situation you describe, where alignment seems to be shifting. We pray for the Lord’s wisdom and discernment as you navigate this transition. May He open doors to a godly, Christ-centered orphanage where these children can be loved, discipled, and raised in the fear of the Lord. We ask that the family you are assisting would surrender their own plans and submit to God’s leading, trusting Him to provide for these little ones. For the stray dogs, we pray for a divine solution—whether through adoption, sanctuary, or another provision—that reflects God’s care for all His creation (Matthew 10:29).
We also lift up your Christian friends who are serving alongside you. The work of ministry can be wearying, and we ask that the Lord would renew their strength, deepen their faith, and remind them of their calling. May they seek Him first in all things, caring for their own spiritual and physical needs so they can continue to serve from a place of overflow. We pray for protection over their hearts and minds, that they would not grow bitter or discouraged but would remain steadfast in the hope of the Gospel.
Finally, we want to acknowledge your faithfulness in praying and seeking the Lord’s will in all these matters. It is evident that you are walking the narrow path, and we encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). The crossroads you face are not a sign of uncertainty but an invitation to trust Him more deeply. He is the God who parts the Red Sea, who leads His people through the wilderness, and who brings them into the promised land. You are not alone in this—He is with you, and so are we, standing in the gap and interceding on your behalf.

**Our Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, lifting every concern, burden, and hope to Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask that You would bring clarity and breakthrough in her life, for You are the God who turns chaos into order and darkness into light. We pray for those who have turned away from the faith, that You would pursue them with Your love and convict them of their need for repentance. Soften their hearts, Lord, and draw them back to Yourself before it is too late. We rebuke the spirit of deception and declare that the truth of Your Word would triumph in their lives.
Father, we ask for peace in her home, that You would reconcile relationships and bring unity where there is strife. May Your presence fill every room, and may Your Word be the foundation upon which her household stands. We pray for complete healing in her body, that You would guide her to the right doctors and grant her strength as she waits on You. Surround her with godly community, Lord—brothers and sisters who will walk beside her in faith, love, and accountability.
As she stands at these crossroads, we ask for Your divine guidance. Make her path clear, Lord, and give her the courage to step out in obedience. We pray for the orphans and stray dogs she cares for, that You would provide a godly solution and a place of safety and love for them. Strengthen her friends in ministry, Lord, and keep their hearts tender toward You.
Most of all, Father, we thank You for her growing faith and her commitment to walk the narrow way. May she feel Your presence with her every step of the way. We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Wow thank you so much. You have blessed me tremendously with your caring and compassionate words. I am tearing up and getting chills as I type this. Thank you for your heart for prayer and the richness of your relationship with Jesus Christ is apparent. I was quite nervous to post this but I am thankful for the encouragement and tender care. It has been such a trying and difficult, heartbreaking season but I am grateful I kept shouldering the burdens God called me to bear for that time. I am grateful there seems to be a release coming though it is heart wrenching to release those things and relationships that we had hoped for. Especially possibly not knowing exactly what happens to those precious children we have been caring for. But I trust that God's plan is much better than mine and I know he loves these children more than I ever could. Please continue to pray that I am spiritually covered against all demonic attacks and discouragement. Thank you so much and may God bless you abundantly. I will keep running this race and look forward to what God has for me next.
