Prayer

We thank you for sharing this request and we are joining you in prayer for strength to handle your job physically, mentally and emotionally.

Scripture teaches that endurance is produced when we are deeply rooted in God's Word and that His grace is sufficient for us, for His power is made perfect in weakness. When we feel that demands surpass our strength and we are weary, God does not leave us to rely on ourselves alone. He invites us to bring our needs to Him with much prayer, perseverance and patience, trusting that He will sustain us and display His strength in our weakness.

We are praying for you in this way:

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this need to You. Grant physical strength for the work of each day, clarity and soundness of mind, and peace in the emotions. Guard the heart from being overwhelmed and help to find rest, moderation and renewal as You designed. Fill this life with Your grace to endure faithfully, to work with diligence and integrity, and to find hope in what You have promised for those who trust in You. Give wisdom to handle each responsibility well and to cast all cares upon You, knowing You care and You sustain. Amen.

Continue in His Word daily and keep your hope fixed on what is to come, for hope brings patience and God crowns with help those who wait on Him. If the burden remains heavy, seek wise counsel, rest as you are able, and keep bringing every concern to the Lord in prayer. We will continue to pray that God strengthens you and gives you steadiness and peace in this season.

I am going back to an old job I used to have and trying to work a short shift today. This job involved me sometimes dealing with very angry people. Pray things would not be so bad. I was always able to tolerate it before but my mental health is a bit more delicate right now. Thank you.
